"Worse premier inn I’ve stayed in"
When I arrived I had to wait in reception for a long time until the man felt ready to come out, I could hear the buzzer but was still ignored. Then had to repeat this 3 more times when I needed help with the vending machine that had taken my money and to book breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are very out dated. Breakfast was lovely and the lady working that morning was great.
"Lovely place, but annoying guest"
The rooms are a little tired but if your only staying for the night it's not really the end of the world. The beds are comfy and the staff at check in were friendly. The only negative I have is about other guest. We had an early flight the next day so had a reasonably early night. However guest in a room near us was banging doors, playing music and shouting in the corridor until about 1am. This is very unfortunate because apart from that it was a pleasant stay.
"Very nice place and top team"
Very nice and well maintained hotel. Good location close to the highway and not far from the city. Very nice service at the reception. Jonab was very helpful and helped with luggage. Highly recommended.

Clean, good value for money and good accessibility for a wheelchair. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Convenient location just off the M1 yet not too noisy. Room was a little tired and needed refreshing. Accessible rooms are carpeted which made use of the hoist very difficult
"Amaizing time"
The lady’s in reception were amaizing and tried to help in any way possible to solve my problem. The best Shobana and Nelly( manager).

Take the kids to see the wizardry behind the Harry Potter films at the Warner Bros Studios, or just enjoy a peaceful stroll over Dunstable Downs. Then come back to the hotel for some lovely food at the restaurant next to our hotel and a great night's sleep in a comfy bed.
