To help you book with confidence we’ve introduced a choice of room rates so you can pick the stay that’s right for you.
Plans can be subject to change or cancellation at short notice for all of us at the moment, so our rates let you either amend or cancel your stay totally free of charge within a clearly defined period of time before arrival.
FLEX bookings can be amended on a like for like basis or cancelled right up to 1pm on the day of planned arrival. Flex bookings offer added peace of mind in case plans need to change due to circumstances beyond your control. Best of all? Flex rates will always be available at the time you make your booking, so you can be confident you can benefit from our most flexible rate.
BUSINESS FLEX offers all the benefits of our Flex rates (can be amended on a like for like basis or cancelled up to 1pm on the day of planned arrival), with the added benefit of a guaranteed discount of 5% and up to 15%* off our Flex rate. Only available when you sign up and book via Business Booker.
SEMI-FLEX allows for amendments on a like for like basis up until 1pm on the day of planned arrival and full refunds if cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival.
ADVANCE allows amendments on a like for like basis up until 1pm on the day of planned arrival and full refunds if cancelled at least 28 days prior to arrival.
STANDARD allows amendments on a like for like basis up until 1pm on the day of planned arrival and full refunds within 24 hours from making the booking. It’s important to remember Standard is our cheapest rate because it is the least flexible. You will not be able to cancel this rate after 24 hours from the time you booked.
- It’s really important to make sure you’re happy with the terms and conditions of the rate you choose before you book as we won’t be able to offer changes or refunds outside the amendment or cancellation window for the product you choose.
- Remember, this includes - but is not limited to - reasons such as government guidance, travel restrictions or the closure or limited service of public transport. However, in the event the Government introduces stricter lockdown measures which makes it illegal to stay at the hotel you’ve booked, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
