Swansea North Hotel

Wie immer fühlten wir uns in einem Premier Inn Hotel gut aufgehoben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und unser Wunsch nach einem sehr ruhigen Zimmer wurde uns sofort erfüllt. Die Lage war ruhig aber auch gleichzeitig zentral. Das Restaurant fürs Frühstück und Abendessen war direkt nebenan. Diesmal war es ein "Al you can eat"-Restaurant. Das Essen war von sehr guter Qualität, vom Salat bis zur Nachspeise gab es reichlich Auswahl. Morgens gab es das typisch warme englische Frühstück und auch kontinentales Frühstück alles als Büffet, auch Extrawünsche wurden durch das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal erfüllt. Wir haben uns in dem Hotel und dem Restaurant sehr wohl gefühlt.

I rang ahead to ask for a quiet room with a bath. The Amazing Rachel made sure this was available for me . Thanks so much I really appreciated your help and kindness plus the Muscle soak bath salts a very kind touch. Every member of staff was friendly and super helpful . I would definitely stay with you again .Thanks again 👌🏼✨️

Stayed here for business and had a pleasant, hassle-free experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with no issues during the stay. There are plenty of convenient food options nearby, including a supermarket and petrol station, which is ideal when travelling for work. Ample parking available as well. Would happily stay again.

We stayed one night only on 1st March we was in Room No.28 and as we are both in our 70's we do unfortunately have to use the bathroom during the night. The noise that the floor was making was awful and caused either one or the other of us up each time. I sent in a Video of the noise the floor made just to prove my point. I have since complained to the Guest Relations but have been told that because I did not complain to reception during the night, or to the reception desk on departure (which was not attended when we was leaving). We have no cause for an offer of a refund. I certainly find this unacceptable definitely would not use Premier Inn again.

Busy at the hotel but whole experience ruined by party of young footballers staying with families and running out of control along upper floor corridor for 6/7 hours continually back and for, making any chance of relaxing in room on ground floor impossible and no chance of an early night. Despite informing reception the response during the evening & next morning was "what can you do" and shrug of shoulders along with "nothing we could do". No room in lounge area and told by staff if you sit at restaurant table near bar, you'll have to buy a meal.
