Merthyr Tydfil Hotel

Wir haben ein paar Zimmer für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht reserviert, um unsere Enkelin zu besuchen, da wir sie zu Weihnachten nicht besuchen konnten. Ich hatte vergessen, angrenzende Zimmer zu buchen, und als wir ankamen, wurden wir auf verschiedene Stockwerke verteilt. Das heißt: ich und mein Mann in einem Zimmer und unsere andere Enkelin und ihre Tochter im anderen. Ohne dass wir darum bitten mussten, hat das Personal an der Rezeption automatisch unsere Zimmer angepasst, damit wir doch nebeneinander sein konnten. Gut gemacht! Davon abgesehen, war alles perfekt, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder.

durchgängig freundliches Personal. Sowohl im Premier Inn als auch im Restarant Table Table. Die Zimmer sind wie immer in Premier Inn ausgestattet (Größe, Schnitt, Einrichtung). Alles neuwertig. Gute Lage im Vergleich zu anderen Premier Inns ruhiger, da nicht an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße.nm,mn,knhjkhgbjkhgbjhgjhgjhgjkgjhb ,nb.n

Pues el hotel es grande , las habitaciones amplias y el servicio correcto. Teníamos que cruzar el aparcamiento para el desayuno y la cena pero no es algo horrible. Lo que si nos pareció un poco fuera de lugar es la cantidad de arañas con las que tuvimos la ocasión de compartir la estancia.... En los pasillos, en el marco de la puerta, en la habitación... Algo un poco desagradable. Desayuno correcto, en su línea y con aparcamiento gratuito y sin tener que registrar auto ni nada (no como en otros premier inn, que luego te llevas la multa)

I stayed here for two nights for work. Construction was very loud and ongoing. There were also feces and urine stains from what I'm assuming were mice/rats. I raised this to the staff, they assured me they would move me into a different room. As I was out all day during work, when I came back in the evening, they said there was no space to move me. And there was more feces and urine!! I spoke with customer service and they were very unhelpful, and tried to claim it was paint stains.... never heard of paint stains looking like droppings and reappearing after being cleaned up. Definitely avoid.

The only good thing to say is the staff were very hospitable. The hotel is really shabby, very poor facilities with poor linen and only one towel for a two person room, very expensive at £120/night room only. A previous night in S Wales at £104 i cl breakfast with a lovely room, well appointed, lovely facilities and great hospitality. We will not use Premier inn Merthyr again.
