Tenby Town Centre Hotel

Super Lage direkt am Strand von Tenby und nur wenige Minuten in die AltStadt zu Fuß Das nöchste Parkhaus ist nicht weit entfernt, Pubs und Restaurants ebenfalls sehr nah Zimmer nicht riesig aber sehr sauber. Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden! Das Familienzimmer war geräumig, sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Badezimmer war gepflegt und zweckmässig organisiert. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Einzig das Personal an der Rezeption dürfte gerne ein bisschen aufmerksamer sein.

Top Lage. Nur 50 m zur Treppe des Stadtstrand. Im Umkreis von 150 m liegen viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Z.B. gute Pizzeria 20 m, Inder 50 m und Burgerladen 50 m. Direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite liegt die Stadtmauer und beginnen die Einkaufsstrassen. Zimmer leider kleiner als in anderen Premier Inn aber wahrscheinlich der Innenstadtlage geschuldet. Trotzdem aber auch mit Beistellbett noch okay. Günstiges Parkhaus ca. 300 m entfernt. Es ist aber eine Ladezone, für zwei Gästeautos, vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Personal ist nett und hifreich.

I would like to extend a special thank you to Jade and Emily working on reception and in the restaurant tonight - Despite a chaotic start the evening after having to leave another local pub due them not being able to accommodate my son’s allergies (nut allergy) and having to wander around the town looking for somewhere else to eat, Jade welcomed us in and could not do enough for us! From reassuring us that they will be able to look after us to ensuring that my son had freshly washed cutlery. Through the window of the kitchen, we could see that EVERYTHING was continuously wiped down and my son’s food was kept separate to everything else regardless of whether it contained nuts or not - they took our concerns incredibly seriously and completely put our minds to rest that we would be safe to eat here. Jade and Emily along with the Hotel Manger Cath and The Chef could not do enough for us - the food was superb and the service just could not be beaten. Some people may say that they were just doing their job but I guarantee that Jade in particular went above and beyond the expectations of her job role tonight and we can not thank her enough! A small comment from my 8 year son, Lewys; “To Jade and Emily, Thanks for being funny and helpful also a big thank you to Jade for my stickers and bubbles!

Couldnt fault our accommodation or the service we recieved. Staff appeared relaxed yet professional at all times and always willing to assist if needed. The cooked breakfast was brilliant! Good selection of hot food, hot plates too, which helps food stay hot. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. All in all a lovely first experience in Tenby and we would definitely book the Premier inn if visiting again. Three nights was perfect, we had a good look around, Catherine's Island, Saundersfoot was a 20 minute bus ride, nice little harbour, lots of places to grab a drink and something to eat but Tenby won it for us! Much more to offer and to see, including two beautiful beaches, which we were lucky to experience during the warm weather.
