etwas außerhalb aber trotzdem schnell zu erreichen zum anderen ist man schnell auf der A77 Richtung Glasgow oder Prestwick Airport. Trotz der Nähe kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Hatte zwar ein Zimmer im ersten Stock und zur Rückseite aber auch vor dem Haus konnte man kaum etwas hören da das Hotel in einer Senke liegt. Bei meinem Besuch war das angeschlossenen Restaurant leider geschlossen - wird renoviert. Früher war ich dort schon zum Frühstücken was gut war. Personal durchweg freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind nicht die neusten aber gepflegt und Sauber. Es gibt einen kleinen Flach TV und Kostenloses Internet das für Emails FB und WA OK ist. zum Streamen muss man schnelleres extra dazu buchen. (Habe keine Erfahrung)

When booking I called Premier Inn as we required an accessible room with walk in shower and requested two single beds. My sister and I were travelling together for a family wedding and my sister has specific requirements due to one hip replacement and requiring another. We paid a £15 supplement on booking for single beds. The day before travelling I received a phone call from a member of staff from the hotel to ask if I was aware that their accessible room was actually a low sided bath with a shower above. I advised that I was not made aware of this on booking and should I have been made aware we would have booked an alternative hotel. Unfortunately it was too late for us to cancel the booking as other family members had since booked the hotel. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful especially Geraldine. We were given a low double bed. The stay was not as we had hoped or expected. My sister needed help in and out of the shower and getting out of bed throughout our stay. The room was tired and grubby. Only one bath towel and hand towel left for two guests - the manager said this was standard - had to request a second. The room was very warm and the heating controller did not work. As we were on the ground floor the window only opened slightly. There was a fan in the room which we used. Geraldine at reception was lovely and so helpful. She tried but couldn’t get us an alternative room as the hotel was fully booked that weekend. She did however refund the single bed supplement and our breakfasts for the the three mornings. We couldn’t avail of the bar as it was closed at 10.15pm on our first night. I honestly would not stay there again and could not recommend it.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Kilmarnock. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, which made a real difference. The hotel was clean and well kept, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was ample too, so no stress finding a space on arrival. Would happily stay again.
