Glasgow Stepps (M80, J3) Hotel

Ich war hier am 3. und 4. November für zwei Nächte mit meiner Freundin. Wir wollten uns die Stadt ansehen, uns aber nicht den Stress machen im Zentrum einen Parkplatz suchen zu müssen. Das Hotel liegt ca. 6 Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt, die Fahrt mit dem Taxi dorthin kostete ca. 10 Pfund. Nebenan gab es eine nette, saubere Bar, wo man gut ein Bier trinken konnte und das Essen war auch nicht teuer. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmermädchen schienen sehr ehrlich zu sein, denn wir hatten Bargeld herumliegen lassen und als wir wieder aufs Zimmer kamen, war das Zimmer gemacht und das Geld noch da. Es gab dort, ca. 2 Autominuten entfernt, einen Asda Supermarkt, der auch ein Cafe hatte, wo man für 3 Pfund frühstücken konnte. Alles in allem ein exzellenter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man sich Glasgow ansehen, aber nicht die Preise im Zentrum zahlen will.

We celebrated our daughter’s First Communion at this restaurant, and we truly could not have chosen a better place for such a special occasion. From the very beginning, everything was organised perfectly. Since the restaurant was closed to other guests during lunchtime, we had the entire venue to ourselves, which created a wonderful, private atmosphere for our family and friends. The food and drinks were absolutely excellent — beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service. Special thanks to Debbie and Natasha for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to making our celebration unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that all our guests felt welcomed and cared for. We are incredibly grateful for such a memorable day and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a family celebration or special event. Thank you once again for helping create such beautiful memories for our daughter and our family.

Great hotel and restaurant but one thing that stood was the service and kindness of Sharon when having my breakfast next to nothing amazing

i’ve been doing the refurb on the premier inn for the last 3 months and most mornings been going in for breakfast and can’t fault the staff or the food during this whole period would also like to give a special mention to a lady named sharon for how she treat me and my colleagues through out she is an absolute diamond

We had the unfortunate experience of the new business model. What a shame they're replacing the big comfortable restaurants with smaller rooms with hard floors and small tables. Everything has been cut to the bone and the atmosphere is bad. Not to mention the drastic reduction in choice of food and beers. So poorer quality and vastly more expensive. Avoid if you can.
