    "Maureen and Lauren 💕"
    Ich war das 3. mal im Premier Inn Nerston Toll und werde dieses Hotel immer wieder auswählen. Mega nettes Personal (alle) besonders Maureen und Lauren. Vielen Dank auch für all die netten Gespräche und alle waren auch immer sehr hilfsbereit (Erinnerungen: 3 Chips Tüten im Automat 🤣 Fenster im Zimmer etc. ) Ich liebe dieses Hotel auch das Lee Burn gleich daneben. Man gültigen sich einfach nur wohl und herzlich willkommen. Die Zimmer sind super sauber. Wir waren 1 Woche im Hotel und konnten täglich mit dem Zimmermädchen (wo ich leider den Namen nicht weiß) immer reden und man bekam was man braucht. Wir sehen uns im August wieder. Danke für alles Heike und Lena aus Deutschland
    "First experience hopefully not last"
    First time at this location and enjoyed every day . Particularly liked the automatic entrance doors great which is great of your loaded with shopping or disabled in anyway. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed linen and bathroom towels very nice. plenty of room to stow toiletries and clothes in shelves and lockers. TV good size and received good reception. Plenty tea and coffee in room with more provided if needed at reception. Plenty of car spaces for parking FOC. As for meals - the Lee Burn next door was great offering special deals for guests. For example 2 course meal + drink of your choice + all you can eat for breakfast for £26.99. Finally all the staff from reception to room and restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. Definitely will return and recommend.
    "Good stay"
    Arrived after 4pm and had to wait for bed to be made. Would have expected the room to be ready after such a long drive. Not sure why there is a desk but no chair. This has been the first time the floor has not creaked when walking on it. This has been a down point of this hotel. Both the Lee Burn restaurant and the hotel need to have a bit of attention. Dirty worn carpet in the restaurant makes it look grubby. Food for breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of options available. Staff in both the restaurant and hotel were very pleasant and helpful. I do think the staff cleaning and preparing the rooms are not given enough time to get them done.
    "Lovely staff, but room too hot and breakfast disappointing"
    We recently stayed at Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride (Nerston Toll) and overall had a good experience. The staff were absolutely lovely, especially David – he was so helpful with our request for a cot, always cheerful, and took the time to have a chat with us. He really made our stay feel that bit more personal. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was extremely hot (28 degrees all night) and unfortunately the fan didn’t do much to cool it down, which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast at the pub next door was a bit disappointing – the continental selection was very limited and while the cooked breakfast was made to order, everything was served just warm rather than hot, so it wasn’t as enjoyable as we’d hoped. That said, the location was convenient, the check-in was easy, and the staff really did go the extra mile. With a few improvements to the cooling in the rooms and breakfast options, it would have been a 5-star stay
    "Perhaps the worst Premier Inn?"
    This is possibly the worst Premier Inn I've ever visited. Usually Premier Inn is a reliable chain of hotels but this was dreadful - dirty, scruffy - mould in the bathroom and curtains hanging off the rails, hung with too few hooks! The pub serving breakfast was understaffed and the breakfast was not up to the Premier Inn standard despite charging Premier Inn prices. Overall - dreadful.

    Das Premier Inn Hotel Glasgow East Kilbride (Nerston Toll) ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für ein Fußballspiel im Hampden Park oder Celtic Park oder für einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt. Die Verbindungen nach Glasgow sind hervorragend, ganz in der Nähe liegen erstklassige Gewerbezentren. Langweilen werden Sie sich bestimmt nicht, bei dem munteren Fußballtreiben ganz in der Nähe und den schnell erreichbaren Läden, Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und dem Nachtleben von Glasgow. Wenn Sie im August kommen, sollten Sie auf keinen Fall die Dudelsack-Weltmeisterschaft verpassen. Und am Abend kehren Sie ins Hotel zurück und lassen sich mit einem schmackhaften Essen und einem herrlich komfortablen Bett verwöhnen.
