Dumfries Hotel

Das Zimmer war mit 69 £ Pfund schon sehr teuer, aber da es schon später war, nahmen wir es. Es war normal eingerichtet und sauber. Jetzt ging es ins angeschlossene Restaurant. Wir warteten bis wir einen Platz bekamen, jetzt war da aber ein Reserviert-Schild drauf. Auf mein mehrmaliges nachfragen, wurde mir geantwortet, dass dies kein Problem sei. Also Karte bekommen und bestellt. Kurz darauf kam dann ein anderer Kellner und meinte, wir dürfen da nicht sitzen, es sei reserviert. Also wurden wir umgesetzt. Das schöne daran war, wir hatten Blick auf den reservierten Tisch, welcher an diesem Abend nicht mehr besetzt wurde! Das Essen selbst war durchschnittlich.

Bardzo ładny i czysty hotel. Przyjazni i służący pomoca recepcjoniści. Duży bezpłatnyparkig kolo hotelu. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji obok. Napewno powrócę do Dumfris i zatrzymam się w Premier Inn Hotelu. Polecam to miejsce wszystkim

The hotel is very clean, tidy, and I would say one of the nicest Premier Inns I have used in a while. Receptionist gave a warm friendly welcome and was very informative about the area, facilities and places to eat or visit. we asked about the construction works going on outside the hotel. We would return again just to see the place when its completed. Rooms and the hotel was quiet, no road noise of any kind and provided a well rested sleep due to blackout curtains and room temperature, not too warm or cool. Bathroom was clean, no silly purple nightlight on all night in there, unlike some hotels have, floor covering in bathroom was sensible, not grey or black where you cannot see any staining. surprisingly there where a lot of cars in the car park the next morning, despite the location and midweek stay, obviously a well used hotel. One thing to note is the entrance off the road as you drive in, some subsidence of some sort has made it very uneven and bumpy. Proceed slowly or you will lose the underside of your vehicle. it is going to be repaired when the new fast food outlet is completed. The hotel restaurant is also going to undergo some investment and a works to that in the very near future, the hotel too is getting some works to that too we believe. All in all a great stay in a nice hotel

Big hotel with basic rooms, with mostly very nice staff. Great location for touring, and tons of parking. Restaurant was very good -- much better than expected -- and restaurant/bar staff were great.
