Hotel ist gut. Zimmergrösse ok und alles macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Freundlicher Empfang und Frühstück next door auch sehr gut (English Breakfast), in der Nähe einige Pubs/Restaurants in 10-20 Minuten Fußweg.

Me and Mrs had such a great time, staff were absolutely brilliant and food was top draw, big ups to the team on shift today - Ellie and Beth behind the taps and Donna in the kitchen, couldn’t have asked for more

Had to stay for work and the hotel is comfortable and accessible from the M62, nice and easy. Myself and my colleague had our evening meal in the pub next door and were served, impeccably, by Ellie and Beth, both of whom were welcoming and had great conversation, they were attentive and nothing was too much trouble… the food was great portion sized and cooked perfectly by Chef Donna.. want to thank all 3 ladies for a relaxing evening meal experience

A good stay, great value for money and very clean rooms. Made all the more memorable thanks to Lesley, one of the Duty Managers. From the very first moment I met her, she made me feel genuinely welcome. She was working in the bar and restaurant when I first arrived, and during my stay I also saw her covering reception. Wherever she was working, she was warm, friendly and an absolute professional. I had the opportunity to observe Lesley working in the bar and was particularly impressed by the pride she clearly takes in her job. During quieter periods, rather than simply standing around, she was making sure everything was clean, tidy and as it should be. Her interactions with the other members of staff were equally impressive — professional, calm and supportive, with a steady guiding hand that made it clear she is an excellent duty manager. I normally stay with a more upmarket chain of hotels, but I can genuinely say that I have never received a warmer welcome than I did here. Lesley is a real credit to Premier Inn and exactly the sort of person who can turn a hotel stay from simply good into something memorable. I should also mention the fish and chips in the restaurant — they were excellent! Thank you, Premier Inn, and a very special thank you to Lesley for making me feel so welcome. This has been a fabulous stay, and I will not hesitate to return.
