"Sporco "
Purtroppo leggendo le recensioni pensavo che avrei trovato una buona sistemazione, frequento spesso Premier inn, ma purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi. La camera è vecchia, ma non è questo il problema. Non è pulita, si vede che c'è poca attenzione perché il bollitore ha un dito di polvere vecchia, c'è uno sporco generalizzato di poca pulizia quotidiana. Il pub peggio. Appena entri i vetri della porta hanno un dito di sudicio, il tappeto all'ingresso è pieno di sporco. Siamo stati tre notti e non è stato pulito. Il pavimento appiccica, la colazione è scarsa e le vaschette sono mezze vuote, probabilmente il personale è poco attento. Quando ti siedi al tavolo stessa impressione, sedie vecchie e povere in abbondante sugli oggetti decorativi della stanza. Mi dispiace tanto fare questa recensione ma siamo rimasti davvero delusi.
"Problem solving like a Pro"
We stayed at Littlehampton Premier Inn with a 4 month old baby. On arrival late in the evening we discovered that the travel cot was broken and unsafe for our 4mo baby. All other travel cots at the venue were already in use. Cassie to the rescue! The wonderful Cassie volunteered to ring around local Premier Inns to see if she could find a replacement. Arundel had one going spare, so she made the round trip and within half an hour or so we had a safe cot. Things go wrong and can't be helped, but it's how you deal with it which sets you apart. Cassie dealt with it like a hero. Thank you!
"Restuarant at the premier inn"
Restuarant for breakfast was closing and Vicki and Tony when above and beyond to serve all 11 of us and couldn't have asked for a better host.

Popped in for Breakfast with my son, we were served by Olivia & Lea. They were very polite and friendly. The food came out quickly and was of a very good standard. We were very impressed with the standard of service
"A good stay"
We had a good one-night stay at PI Littlehampton. We were in a Premier Plus room (1st floor, with no lift) and had requested a room at the end of the corridor to help my husband, who is autistic. We paid for early check-in, but the room wasn't ready when we arrived, as the previous guests had only just checked out! So we waited at a nearby garden centre for about an hour. The staff then called us when we could access the room. We booked dinner for the evening, just for my husband, and about 15 minutes before the booking, a member of staff came to tell him that due to unforeseen circumstances the restaurant was closed. As an apology, they refunded the cost of breakfast for the following morning. Breakfast the next morning was unaffected as this was being dealt with/cooked by a different team than the evening meals in the restaurant.

Und dank der großartigen Verkehrsanbindung können Sie auch andere Geschäfts- und Urlaubsziele an der Südküste wie Brighton und Portsmouth schnell erreichen. Aber auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu tun. Bauen Sie Sandburgen am Strand von Littlehampton oder besuchen Sie eine echte Burg – das Arundel Castle. Versuchen Sie Ihr Glück beim Pferderennen, spielen Sie eine Runde Golf, oder besuchen Sie das Goodwood Festival of Speed.
