"Sporco "
Purtroppo leggendo le recensioni pensavo che avrei trovato una buona sistemazione, frequento spesso Premier inn, ma purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi. La camera è vecchia, ma non è questo il problema. Non è pulita, si vede che c'è poca attenzione perché il bollitore ha un dito di polvere vecchia, c'è uno sporco generalizzato di poca pulizia quotidiana. Il pub peggio. Appena entri i vetri della porta hanno un dito di sudicio, il tappeto all'ingresso è pieno di sporco. Siamo stati tre notti e non è stato pulito. Il pavimento appiccica, la colazione è scarsa e le vaschette sono mezze vuote, probabilmente il personale è poco attento. Quando ti siedi al tavolo stessa impressione, sedie vecchie e povere in abbondante sugli oggetti decorativi della stanza. Mi dispiace tanto fare questa recensione ma siamo rimasti davvero delusi.
"Ignore the state of the building next door!"
Usual very good Premier Inn job. Friendly staff, loads of free parking, comfortable and clean bedroom, etc. Once you've got to know Premier Inns, it's often the little things that make the difference, such as the extra pillows in a sealed bag that we now grab on arrival before we even reach the bed! Sad person that I am, I'm always interested in the relationship between Premier Inns and the restaurant/pub/whatever next door. Sometimes they are owned by Premier Inn; sometimes they are independent. Here, the next door building literally looks derelict with even the name ripped off. However, a bit of detective work told me that it used to be a pub called The Roundstone (owned, I think, by the Premier Inn people) that was closed down earlier this year. No idea whether they are going to convert it into extra bedrooms or refurbish it. Anyway, we were a bit worried by what the breakfast was going to be like, but in fact it was as good as ever once you got inside. It's also one of those particularly nice Premier Inn breakfasts where they take your order for the hot food, so if you want your eggs runny then that's how you will get them. So yes, a Premier Inn where we would definitely be happy to go back.
"Unacceptable practice of paying double for a room in the business policy of Premier inns"
We stayed at this Premier Inn at a very high cost which we paid as the inn was near Worthing crematorium for the funeral we were attending. On arrival we were informed that we were paying double due to the Goodwood Revival. On contacting guest relations we were informed that this was general policy if an event was being held nearby. We find this practice unacceptable and will not be staying at a Premier Inn again
"A great place to stay for all ages"
A faultless visit, a very kind welcome to elderly parents within our party, for whom the Premier Inn team, particularly Cassi, could not do enough for. The place is very clean, very well kept, the team are friendly, helpful and really go that extra mile for their customers. It was a great pleasure to stay there and I cannot recommend it too highly, not to speak of the comfy beds too! Well done and thank you to the team.
"You must do better"
We arrived after a long drive, approx. two hours before the stated check-in time. I asked if there was a room ready and told yes, but the would be a further GBP15. I was taken aback and declined the kind offer. I have stayed here more than once and never requested an early check-in. This is a money grab. I could not get the premium wifi to work. The TV channels, ironically GB News and one ther, kept on failing. This should be basic stuff.
