Bognor Regis Hotel

Das Premier Inn in Bognor Regis hat ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze und ansprechenden Service. Das Frühstück wird im angrenzenden Pub "Robin Hood" eingenommen. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und so machten vor allem viele Familien mit schreienden Kindern (in beiden Zimmern neben uns) den Aufenthalt wenig angenehm.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sehen echt toll aus.Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es befindet sich ein Wasserkocher sowie ein großer Fernseher mit HDMI Anschluß. Das Parken war kostenlos und das WLAN frei.

Arrived to find the waitress lighting candles at tables. Saw us but continued to do this. We waited . Finally came over to take our order No apology . Ordered our drinks, paid and said we would be ordering food asap . Went to order , no one around , so called loudly into the kitchen, she said she’d be with us in a few minutes, bear in mind herself and the chef were just talking. We waited patiently. No apology when she finally arrived. An apology makes so much difference. We ordered our food , a mixed grill and 4 sharing foods off the 4 for £15.99 Food arrived. Mixed grill was missing and egg and pork sausages.. took my glass of wine off the bill , but it was my husbands food! What gesture did he get, nothing. Said the chef was finding his feet but that’s not our problem. Very disappointing. People were arriving and there was no one at the bar to serve them . Need to up your game

Lovely stay here as always! We made it through the floods and had a great stay. Lovely welcome at Reception by Natasha. Room clean, tidy and comfortable, as always. Bathroom immaculate. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the soap canister holder. In some Premier Inns it has been beyond disgusting and you wouldn't want to touch it. Well done the housekeeping team at Bognor Premier Inn! Breakfast was lovely. We were well cared for by Connor and Tash and the food was hot and feshly cooked. Sarah, the current Manager was on duty as we left next morning. She has looked after us brilliantly over the years on our many visits to this Premier Inn. She is about to transfer to the new seafront Bognor Regis Premier Inn which opens soon. We would like to take this opportunity to wish her good luck in this new venture, (along with Helen and Natasha who are also transferring), and to thank her and her team for consistent excellent service.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting family in the area, it is a really convenient location for us and easy to get to with parking never an issue. Staff are always very kind and happy to help with any questions we may have. Room was very clean like always.
