Arundel Hotel

What a shame. We have stayed in Premier Inns all over the country, they are our go to brand for value and comfort. However, Arundel has bucked the trend to such an extent, we may need to rethink. The position is fine, staff very good and helpful. However, the exterior is dreadful, it desperately needs some TLC. Inside not a great deal better, no aircon meant room was suffocatingly warm. No chance of sleeping. For what we paid, we feel we have been royally ripped off, which is such a sad way to end a stay. Did not want to stay to sample the breakfast.

very clean, and staff very friendly. only 4 stars as it was very warm in the room and even with the fan the room was very warm and we didnt all sleep very well because of the heat! however this maybe us and might not be such a problem for everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been staying at Premier Inn Arundel for the past six months while working as a contractor, and both the hotel and restaurant have been outstanding throughout my stay. Living away from home for such a long period can be challenging, but the staff have made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant team, couldn’t do enough to help. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile, which has made a huge difference during my time here. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a long-term stay. The restaurant has also been excellent, with great food, good service, and a team that always makes you feel welcome. After six months, it’s the people that really stand out—they’ve helped make the hotel feel like a home away from home. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work and hospitality. I would highly recommend Premier Inn Arundel to anyone staying in the area, whether for a short visit or an extended stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. The disappointment was the restaurant with it's worn tables and split seats, it was very shabby and I would be embarrassed as a waiter to show someone to their seat.
