Dudley (Kingswinford) Hotel

Sauberes Hotel mit bequemen Betten. Gutes englisches Frühstück. Allerdings gibt es keinen Käse oder Wurst... Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich gut um die Gäste. Essen im Restaurant ist lecker aber wenig.

Im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise habe ich 1 Nacht im Premier Inn verbracht. Das Personal ist superfreundlich, also so freundlich das es mir lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Lage: ist in der Nähe einer viel befahrenen Straße. Jedoch gibt es direkt gegenüber das Restaurant mit dem goldenen Doppelbogen. Zimmer: typisch Premier Inn. Großes hohes Doppelbett, kleines, schon ein wenig abgenutztes Bad. Zimmergröße allgemein sehr gut. Leider keine besondere Schallisolierung - man hört es sehr leicht, wenn Leute durch den Korridor laufen. Genauso hört man auch den Lärm von der Straße. Parken: kostenlos auf großem Parkplatz. Die Autonummer muss man der Rezeption mitteilen. Frühstück: im Beefeater im gleichen Gebäude. Typisch englisches Frühstück - frisch zubereitet (also kein Buffet). Fantastisch! Frühstückspreis: 8,25 GBP für all you can eat Frühstück. Fazit: kaum zu schlagendes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis: ich würde dort sicher wieder übernachten.

Gentili signori e signore buongiorno, settimana scorsa ho alloggiato in questa struttura. Al mio arrivo faccio presente alla reception che ho piacere che la mia camera venga riassettata ogni giorno (non viene fatto di default). La sera seguente, al mio ritorno, trovo la camera come l’avevo lasciata. Ritorno quindi alla reception, dove trovo la stessa persona che mi aveva accolto il giorno prima, e faccio presente il tutto reclamando una soluzione. Lei mi risponde, candidamente, che c’è stata una cattiva comunicazione con le donne delle pulizie e che devo tenermi la camera così. Ad ulteriori solleciti da parte mia mi consegna in malo modo asciugamani puliti che devo portarmi in camera (neppure questo hanno potuto fare nell’arco della giornata). Ovviamente ritorno in camera non contento. Il giorno dopo, con mia grande sorpresa, ricevo una telefonata dall’hotel dove mi comunicano che la sera prima avrei “abusato verbalmente” della receptionist, e per tale motivo mi comunicano che devo cambiare hotel. Il manager non si rende disponibile e a mie richieste di chiarimenti la persona che mi contatta si trincera dietro un "non dipende da me". Conclusione: ad un errore della struttura alberghiera corrisponde un disagio ed un extra costo per l’ospite. Ciliegina sulla torta: vengo accusato di qualcosa che potrebbe avere rilevanza penale (ahimè) solo sulla base di un sentito dire che non corrisponde assolutamente a realtà. Oltre al danno le beffe: per il mancato servizio (il riassetto/pulizia della camera, che era evidentemente incluso nel prezzo pattuito) non mi viene riconosciuta nessuna compensazione. Spero che questa mia disastrosa esperienza possa servire ai malcapitati che pensino ancora di poter essere trattati come clienti in questo vergognoso hotel. Antonio

This hotel is in Great location, the room was excellent very big and room for us too move around as a big family, the rooms were spotless and smelt soo nice we had asked for a cot and use of a iron which was both provided and already in the room once we had checked in which made life easier for us, the beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever used in a hotel. Little to no noise in the public areas. Close to all amenities, the restaurant was closed however we was provided with FREE breakfast with a lot of variety to choose from which kept the kids very happy. My children also had access to free crayons and pictures they could colour in 10/10 service from Nicky behind the desk she was very polite, professional and helped with all our query’s the kids loved her. Great atmosphere in front house when you have such welcoming staff and was great value for money considering I booked a family room the day before coming I found it the cheapest in the whole area. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Very clean welcoming hotel with great staff and super comfy rooms easy to find with a host of facilities close by highly recommended
