Coventry East (M6,Jct2) Hotel

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Very family friendly. Both Jill and Jackie in the hotel and restaurant went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable

Premier inn location was good for us. It’s in a very run down estate. Costa McDonald’s and kfc open but everything else closed. Attracted boy racers and kids racing around on bikes. Premier inn itself is ok. Breakfast was good. The star rating for us is because we found a large branch in our disability room. It was thrown in as in centre of room. I took it to reception and explained and was asked “did you leave your window open?” No apology nothing other than a question which left me feeling blamed! I think it’s scary that this was a disability room. What if it had hit someone?? Is it a common problem? That was it for us - we couldn’t sleep!

Good location, plenty of nearby shops and facilities. Clean and Tidy with excellent staff. Just need to put in more modern and larger TVs

Location is great and easy to access. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. The staff went above and beyond the expected to be helpful. We felt very welcome and will go back again.

My wife and I recently stayed at your Premier Inn on Gielgud Way, Cross Point Business Park, Coventry, and I felt it was important to write and say thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we could see the hotel was clean, tidy, and very well looked after. It was also nice to see that areas showing a little wear are already being refurbished, which reflects the pride your team takes in maintaining the hotel. We were welcomed by your Reception Manager, Lesley Evstace, whose warm, friendly manner immediately made us feel at ease. She was cheerful, professional, and very knowledgeable about the local area, offering helpful advice on places to eat and things to do. She is a wonderful ambassador for Premier Inn and a real credit to your company. That evening we had dinner in the restaurant, where we were looked after by the Bar Manager, Pranav Tiljari. He took the time to explain the menu, recommend drinks, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Nothing was too much trouble, and his friendly, attentive service made our evening even more enjoyable. Please also pass on our compliments to the chef, as the food was excellent. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed lived up to Premier Inn’s reputation, and we both had an excellent night’s sleep. We also appreciated the secure parking and CCTV, which gave us added peace of mind. It isn’t often that you come across members of staff who genuinely make a stay memorable, but Lesley and Pranav certainly did. Their professionalism, kindness, and obvious pride in their work stood out, and they are both a real credit to Premier Inn. Please pass on our sincere thanks to them and to the rest of your team. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return whenever we are in the area. We will also be recommending your hotel to our family and friends.
