Rugby North (M6 Jct1) Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr nett, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück lecker, im Restaurant gibt es einen Indoor Spielplatz und gleich nebenan gibt es einen Aldi. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Deputy Hotel Manager Stavros der extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend war und zu unserer Überraschung sogar deutsch gesprochen hat 🥰 Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, in der ersten Nacht haben die Gäste über uns bis 3 Uhr früh Party gemacht, aber die restlichen Nächte war es zum Glück ruhig.

In linea con lo standard dei Premier Inn. Camera familiare abbastanza spaziosa e letti comodi. Colazione abbondante con prezzo accettabile per UK, considerando che mia figlia ne ha usufruito gratuitamente. Parcheggio gratuito (non poco essendo che in UK si paga tantissimo)

Lovely stay, Agnes on the reception was especially helpful

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Rugby North (M6 Jct 1) hotel and honestly the biggest reason was the people. From the moment we arrived, Agnes on reception was absolutely brilliant. Warm, friendly, genuinely helpful, and one of those people who instantly makes you feel welcome after a long journey. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she handled everything with a smile and a great attitude throughout our stay. Premier Inn hotels are often consistent, but staff like Agnes are what turn a standard stay into a genuinely memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want from a Premier Inn — good beds, quiet rooms, and convenient for the M6. But the customer service really stood out here. Agnes is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for how well she looks after guests. Would happily stay here again and hope Premier Inn know how lucky they are to have her.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Premier Inn Rugby North. Agnes greeted us when we arrived with friendliness and professionalism. Agnes sorted our dinner and breakfast arrangements for us with ease. Agnes dealt with a very tricky customer with great professionalism and respect and ensured other visitors like myself and family were not impacted by them. The ladies at the adjoining Brewers Fayre were just as friendly, all meals were great. Thank you!
