Rugby North (M6 Jct1) Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr nett, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück lecker, im Restaurant gibt es einen Indoor Spielplatz und gleich nebenan gibt es einen Aldi. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Deputy Hotel Manager Stavros der extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend war und zu unserer Überraschung sogar deutsch gesprochen hat 🥰 Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, in der ersten Nacht haben die Gäste über uns bis 3 Uhr früh Party gemacht, aber die restlichen Nächte war es zum Glück ruhig.

In linea con lo standard dei Premier Inn. Camera familiare abbastanza spaziosa e letti comodi. Colazione abbondante con prezzo accettabile per UK, considerando che mia figlia ne ha usufruito gratuitamente. Parcheggio gratuito (non poco essendo che in UK si paga tantissimo)

Agnus is an absolute credit to the Premier team! From the moment you meet her, she is incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly, and she always makes you feel comfortable and valued. She has such a brilliant sense of humour and never fails to make people laugh, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her warm personality and excellent customer service really stand out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she interacts with. Staff members like Agnus make such a huge difference, and Premier is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Keep being your amazing, funny and welcoming self, Agnus — you are truly a credit to the team!

Hotel was good and hotel staff good. But the food in the restaurant was terrible dinner and breakfast not good dinner meat was under cooked chips were over cooked onions over cooked. Breakfast bacon like cardboard hash browns over cooked eggs dried up no one bothered to ask if everything was ok both at breakfast or dinner

Stopped after holiday. Stayed here years ago and was great. On arrival were told pub wasn’t open (this wasn’t advertised when booking as was stated was and we could get meal deal). I know it’s a heatwave but room was 31/32 degrees all night with a fan that did nothing. So after a busy day was a terrible way to unwind, we debated just driving home but our young daughter was exhausted and was getting late anyway. Lady when checked in was nice. Staff when leaving not interested. Won’t stay again. Breakfast was ok but understandably staff not that interested as I’m assuming they have been made mainly redundant so don’t blame them.
