      "Keep away!!"
      One of the worst Premier inn, if not the worst. A lack of cleaning, none existing higyne in bathroon and bedroom. Very hot rooms, even with the window open. And this was not over the heat wave days. Lack of interest by staff. 3 in the room, asked for a additional tea mug. "We will bring it to your room, was what we were told. Never was delivered. Also, if 3 in the room, why does one have to go to reception and ask for additional towel? Every thing seemed to be an inconvinience.
      "Room was good, but not the food"
      The room was as you would expect of a Premier Inn, but the food was terrible. On the first night I ordered Beer Battered Fish & Chips. The fish was definitely not beer battered, but a sort of crumb and the chips were closer to fries. The second time I ordered Garlic & Herb Mushroom, which did not taste of Garlic, was served with a BBQ sauce!! and took nearly an hour to come out. For a main course I ordered a Smoky BBQ stack burger, this took over an hour to appear and the chips (?) were dry and over cooked and the burgers were burnt. No wonder it took so long to come out. I never had breakfast. Whether this was due to Premier Inn staff running the bar/food, I am not sure.
      "Premier Inn epsom south"
      Harvey and Nathan were very helpful. Food was good and efficient. Been away for a couple of weeks and book premier inns every night in different places. Will def come back when I’m working away again. Thanks guys.

      Great experience. Bar team were great, special shoutout to max for going above and beyond. Food was good, rooms were good also.
      "No Evening Meal at this Premier Inn."
      We had booked to stay one night (Saturday 28th June) at the Premier Inn, Epsom South. On arrival, we learned that the kitchen was closed that evening, due to "staff sickness", and that evening meals would not be available. We were told that there were a couple of takeaways within 5 minutes walk, and that we would be able to bring those back to the hotel. However......... - We would be able to eat our takeaway in our bedroom, or using outside tables. - We would not be allowed to eat out takeaways in the bar / restaurant. (Why? This illogical ruling was not explained). Even worse, my wife asked a member of staff if she could warm up her takeaway in the microwave. The answer was a clear "No - due to Health and Safety". Apart from this being extremely petty, I am not aware that the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 includes the restriction of not being able to warm up takeaways in a microwave!! Incidentally, the staff in the takeaway that we visited told us that the non- availability of evening meals at the Premier Inn was a regular occurrence, and that they saw a lot of Premier Inn guests visiting them! There were only 2 staff on duty on the Saturday evening, both of whom were extremely unhelpful throughout this experience, It was a good job that we did not book a "meal deal" including an evening meal and breakfast - even though Premier Inn had been encouraging me to do so by email prior to our visit. It was unfortunate to see guests who had booked a "meal deal" arriving, and being told by one of the 2 staff that "It is not my problem, mate". At least breakfast was available in the morning, but the quality was very poor; the fried eggs were particularly avoided, as they looked rubbery! Conclusion - we won't be staying at the Premier Inn Epsom South again!
