    "Never again"
    Like so many other guests the hotel is good but service for dinner and breakfast is terrible. Forget the meal deal as they will not supply the desert and the breakfast which is not warm is on very cold plate. Never again will I stay with Premier Inn
    "Great value with helpful staff. Reasonably close to Alton Towers"
    Great value and comfortable mattress as always with premier inn. Reception was helpful. Breakfast was provided by a connected Brewers Fayre and the same as always and good value with children. Easy drive to Alton towers (about 40 mins on a Sunday morning with no traffic but windy country roads) For some reason WiFi was the worst we've had in any premier inn but mobile data reception was good. We came on a particularly warm evening and there was no air con but there was a desk fan. Make sure to type in your license plate correctly at reception as it's anpr controlled parking. Nothing walkable to nearby if you're hoping to go out for a stroll and a drink/ bite to eat. A few fast food places within 5 mins drive and Deliveroo/ Uber can deliver plus the Brewers Fayre next door if you fancy it. Overall I'd strongly recommend for a comfortable, clean, quiet and cheap stay for Alton towers.

    We stayed at Premier Inn Stoke on Friday 22nd after travelling 3 and a half hours from Wiltshire very late at night. Sadly, we were visiting because my nan was in hospital in her final days, and we needed somewhere close by in case I had to get to her quickly. The hotel was only about 7 minutes away, which was such a comfort. When we arrived around 11pm, our online booking hadn’t shown up on their system, which was stressful given the circumstances. But the lady on the front desk was absolutely incredible – so kind, understanding, and helpful. She calmly explained everything, helped us sort out a new booking on the spot, and made sure we were okay. Her compassion and professionalism really stood out and made a very difficult time much easier to handle. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness that night. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but the service we received made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to anyone.
    "If it's hot when you stay beware the rooms are hot and may not contain a fan."
    We have stayed at this hotel a number of time, however this was the worst stay to date. Due to the high temperature in the room making it very uncomfortable to sleep . We requested a fan for the room as it does not have air con and the window is limited in its opening and very little afresh air is able to enter. The receptionist offered us a sheet or ice water, neither would be enough to cool the room as she informed us that all the fans were out.
