Cannock (Orbital) Hotel

Een warm welkom en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Katie van de receptie is werkelijk geweldig 🤩 Ze beheerst de kunst van gastvrijheid en laat je heel duidelijk merken dat je welkom bent. De dame die het ontbijt verzorgt is ook fantastisch. Alsof je in een opname van Absolutely Fabulous zit. De “darlings” en “sweeties” zijn niet te tellen. Alles prima verzorgd en zeker een aanbeveling waard.

I stay at Premier Inn Cannock Orbital on a regular basis on my work trips. Reception staff Nina and Brewers Fayre staff Rebecca always greets me genuinely and provides checking in service/serves food in a professional and efficient manner, they are probably the best hospitality staff you will ever meet and deserves some form of recognition! Location is superb, not far from the M5 motorway, supermarkets, shopping complex and the brand names outlet nearby are within minutes drive. I thoroughly enjoy my stays here.

We arrived at this hotel with a lovely spacious free car park. Walked in to the reception to be greeted by a happy smiling polite receptionist , who couldn't be more helpful. She gave us a downstairs room as I am currently suffering with acute sciatica. The following morning different receptionist lovely happy cheerful staff. Now I move on to the Brewers Fayre next door. The food is lovely but can get a bit lively at times. This morning however lovely and quiet at breakfast and a lovely lady called Chloe who was very helpful and very polite. She is a credit to Brewers Fayre please give her a BIG thank you from us.

Carol on reception was fantastic when my booking was wrong and helped me and my work get it all sorted so I had a bed for the night!!!

I don't normally complain about things nor do I write negative reviews. Stayed with premier inn nationwide - I hold a business account and spend on average £1000pm on our account. This has to be the worst Premier inn by far. Rooms are dated and tacky - need modernisation. The smell of polish in the room was so over powering I had to sleep with window wide open, and bathroom light/extractor fan on. Woken this morning with a migraine. Booked package as I usually do, Dinner and Breakfast. Had to change to just breakfast, checked in at 8:30 and the Orbital had stopped serving food! 8:30pm! After a long shift at work, I had to try find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was grim, bread was rock solid, like it had been left there all night when staff set up. There were still food (chips and peas) on the floors under tables from the night before. Breakfast arrived, microwaved - beans wedged to the plate. I have also stayed at Cannock south premier inn which is 100% an improvement to this one. Needs closing down and staff need a lot of training.
