Burton On Trent Central Hotel

Sehr einfache Unterkunft an einer lauten Hauptstraße. Kleine Zimmer. Kleines Badezimmer. Kein Frühstücksangebot. Ohne Restaurant. Großer Parkplatz. Sehr langsames wlan. Aufmerksames Personal. Der Begriff Hotel ist übertrieben. Es handelt sich um eine Schlafstätte.

... in dem sich die Fenster nicht öffnen ließen. Laute Klimaanlage. Sauberer Zustand von Zimmer und Bad. Das Frühstück muss nebenan in einem Restaurant eingenommen werden. Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechlungsreich, sondern eher überschaubar.

As you would expect a room to be from a Premier Inn except you couldn't open the window. The receptionist who was friendly was expected to man the bar alongside reception. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. The building work did not affect us and our room was right next door to it.

The staff here are an absolute delight and the hotel itself is very well maintained so credits to the team for making sure everything runs smoothly!I don't typically write reviews, however the team on today during my stay have been nothing but brilliant. Amy, Liv and Matt were an amazing team in the evening all helping one another to ensure service ran smoothly. The food was fabulous, Service from the two ladies was attentive and friendly, they were more than willing to have a chat and a laugh. They were running the hotel and the restaurant brilliantly between the three staff on. The breakfast staff that morning were just as attentive too and ensured we had a brilliant breakfast for our day ahead, So kudos to Alex and Theresa? who handled breakfast as well as the chefs on too! The team here are clearly dedicated to their jobs and have a brilliant ethos, its hard not to be impressed with such a bright team. Will definitely have to stay here again next time we are in Burton! ❤️👏🏽👍🏽

3 night stay at the Burton on Trent Central Premier Inn has been amazing. From checking in, to the outstanding cleanliness of the hotel, restaurant and all public area and the outstanding cleanliness of the room. We even had a welcome gift from the housekeeping staff which gave it that extra special touch. The service on Saturday night when things weren’t going by the book was absolutely outstanding Aimee and Liv who were front of house made sure we had everything we needed and helped with any questions we had. The food was out of this world. We have stayed in many Premier Inn’s and use the restaurant’s when we stay due to have kids makes life easier, but the food at Burton On Trent Central has been 11/10! The food is cooked to a high standard and is still hot when you finishing eating no overheated plates and cold food here. Chef Mat is excellent! He went above and beyond and even gave the children chocolate as a second dessert! We will definitely be back. The 3 staff members named above provide excellent customer service and service with a smile even when it’s busy! If I could add extra stars I would give them 10!
