Weston Super Mare Jct 22 M5 (Lympsham) Hotel

Ich war schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und mir gefällt es sehr gut. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, Zimmer verfügen typisch über Wasserkocher. gute Betten. Dem Hotel ist eine gutes Restaurant/Pub angeschlossen Freies Internet und Parken

Arrived here 1-30pm due to heavy traffic ,we booked early check-in (11am). On arrival told room not ready ,we were told at 1-45pm your room is now ready ,so we went to our room (6) and lady still cleaning room ,eventually room was ready by 2pm. Not offered any refund whatsoever ,Premier inn notified us that there was no evening meal available at very short notice the day before arrival. The Premier inn has deteriated immensely as we have stayed here a few times over the years and I'd advise everyone to look elsewhere . Shocking state ,Windows probably haven't been cleaned for years ,outside area in a terrible state ,could go on but not worth the effort, Disgraceful place 🤑

Firstly, this place is hard to see from the road and off a very harsh bend as you come in. Secondly the pub wasn’t serving half its menu due to a griddle that had been broken for weeks. Only three staff in the pub and two of them were arguing. I hate it when wait staff don’t write down your order and then forget to either put something through or forget to bring it out which is what happened to us. Poor quality microwaved food too. The hotel was very run down. Windows had been left open and there were moths and spiders in the room. The air con didn’t work and it was extremely hot and unbearable. The bed and pillows were like rocks and we didn’t sleep well, and the bottom sheet was too small for the bed so became uncomfortable and unsanitary due to the exposed mattress. I wouldn’t stay again.

Not one to leave negative reviews unless I genuinely feel it’s necessary, but unfortunately this place really does need a significant upgrade and is not as described on its website. I visited in July and had booked a three-night stay. From the outside, the hotel looked fine, and i was greeted by a genuinely friendly lady on reception. However, as i walked down the corridor, it became clear just how dated the property was. When we entered our room, I was immediately met with a strong, musty smell that didn’t disappear, even though the window had been left open. The room itself was in poor condition. The bathroom was tired and had mould around the edges, the towels were off-white, thin, and rough, and the bed sheets had a strange, sand-like residue on them, which was quite bizarre. Fortunately, I was travelling for work and was able to cancel the remaining nights of my stay. As the smell was just the smell of the room. I was genuinely surprised to read some of the positive reviews, as our room was nothing like the standard they describe. The receptionist I dealt with was lovely, and I’m sure the other staff are just as friendly, but sadly that’s where the positives ended. Perhaps we were given a room that isn’t used very often, as the cobwebs and dust suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned or deep cleaned for quite some time. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

First of all, Mary on reception asked me if I had actually booked the hotel when I gave her my reference number or asked me if I had booked the wrong hotel, I was with my partner and kids, 11 and 6 years old and there faces look worried, gave her my surname and still questioned me, as soon as I showed her the email it was ok and she sorted us out, very weird. When we was having our evening meal a girl and what I'm guessing is the manager was bickering over breaks, we didn't really want to listen to that. Also a guy kept walking In and out scruffy looking with no shoes on whilst people are eating this happened at breakfast time also.
