Weston-Super-Mare East (A370) Hotel

Very clean room, comfortable temperature - a nice touch was that the desk fan was on when we arrived in our room on a very hot day, as no air conditioning. A good shower with shower gel and liquid hand soaps provided and a nice quiet bathroom fan. Very effective blackout curtains, the duvet is very thick and heavy, we had to take it out of the cover to sleep under just the cover but to be fair, it was a hot summer night. Pillows comfy, bed a little hard for me but I do have a particularly soft mattress at home so most will probably find it comfortable. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely lady but unfortunately I’ve forgotten her name! I should’ve asked for a room not too far from reception when I booked as I have some mobility issues - our room was right at the end of the long corridor, the second to last room! There was no lift which I hadn’t realised when booking but we were only on first floor and the lovely receptionist kindly brought my bag up the stairs for me so I managed… Perhaps guests could be warned about the “doof doof” base notes from the music at the leisure centre if allocated a room backing onto it - either when booking and/or checking in? Our room (128) backed onto it - on the plus side, music ended at a reasonable time and didn’t start too early in the morning… We had our early evening meal at the adjoining Beefeater - very good value if you eat before 5pm - the food was very good and the staff very friendly. Would stay again

We stayed here as family. We had a lovely clean room.The hotel was only a couple fo miles from the sea front. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We chose the meal deal option which was brilliant value for money. We will definitely be staying again soon.

I have never stayed in such a hot room. A fan was provided but the room was 31.5 degrees. At 1am I went to reception as just could not sleep the hall way was so much cooler than the room. A second fan was provided. Yes it was summer time and the hotel does not have air con but we stayed in a different hotel the following night and it was warm but no were near as extreme as this hotel. If you are booking go in the winter. The hotel is clean and well kept and staff are all really friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again as none of us slept due to the hot room

No soap in the disabled toilet expressed this to the staff 3 times but they still didn't attend to it. This means the place is not clean as if people walking around haven't washed their hands its unhygienic. No response from premier inn been over 7 working days

I would give this no stars if it were an option. Worst stay at a Premier Inn. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when we checked in, shower leaking out the top, no soap in the dispenser in the shower. Bedding felt used and to top it off the room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable that outside was cooler even though there were 2 fans.
