"Sehr gut für eine Übernachtung"
Dieses nur ein Jahr alte Hotel bietet große, saubere und komfortable Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück für 7,50£, die Angestellten sind freundlich und hilfsbereit – die Kneipe/das Restaurant ist in Ordnung. Ein ziemlich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für 55£/Zimmer.
"Very good"
Clean, quiet and comfortable room with good sized bed and good bedding. Decent sized shower with good toiletries and drink making facilities available. Super reception staff more than willing to help in any way. Free car parking after entering your car registration in lobby.

Great hotel for access with friendly staff and good restaurant. Had a premier room at an extra cost. No bath just a walk in shower with poor water pressure. No where to sit and work from as the rooms have had a make over and the useful desk has been removed and has been replaced with a tiny round table only big enough for a small laptop. All other counter tops are mobile phone sized. Gives a real budget Ibis feel to the rooms. I would not choose this room type at this location again because of this design. And who has purple lights in bathrooms…. What was wrong with the other designs of premier rooms.??
"Maybe avoid this location"
Reception won’t tell you to book a slot for breakfast so it’s very much hope there is a table. Breakfast demand means trying to get a whole plate of food is impossible, waiting for eggs, then mushrooms etc. screaming kids made it an less than pleasant relaxing environment. Main restaurant can’t cope with demand. Sunday night they closed service at 8:30pm. Waiter was beyond rude. No aircon in rooms and fan provided is insufficient.

I recently stayed at this Premier Inn/ Beefeater on a business trip for the past 2 working weeks and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The room itself had maintenance issues, including the toilet roll holder coming away from the wall. Despite asking twice for the room to be cleaned during my stay, this was not done. The receptionist was unhelpful and, at times, quite rude, appearing to pick and choose who she wanted to assist. The bar and restaurant service was particularly poor. The bar manager, Mark, was extremely unprofessional, going so far as to call us “liars” when we raised a concern. He admitted his staff were “not trained” and explained the hotel’s meal deal in a very confusing and inaccurate way. Service was also slow and disorganised – food arrived cold, starters were served after the mains, and drinks took over 30 minutes to be brought to the table. The bar staff generally came across as dismissive, which was very disappointing. The one positive aspect of the stay was the Beefeater waitress team. They were consistently polite, attentive, and willing to help, and should be recognised for their professionalism. Would like to say a huge thank you to Natalie and Abby for the service they provided Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives. , and this stay did not meet the standard I would expect from Premier Inn/ Beefeater.
