Rolstoelgebruiker. Goed aangepaste badkamer. Roll-in shower. Jammer dat het douchestoeltje niet in de hoogte kon worden aangepast. Stadscentrum op 15 minuten aangenaam natuurwandelen. Gekend uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeerruimte bij hotel.

We had read many of the reviews for the hotel, so uncertain what to expect. Fortunately there was someone to help with check in and the room was okay with just a wonky toilet seat and limitedtv channels the only downside. We hadn't been asked about breakfast or meal deals, but with the poor reviews of the restaurant maybe that was to limit numbers. When we went out, we noticed just one person working in the kitchen. The breakfast was not as good as usual in a Premier, and the ordered scrambled eggs was the worse watery mess I had ever encountered! It was also expensive stay, though much cheaper than nearby Oxford.

A simple one night stay break a long journey. We arrived about 4.30 pm and the check-in desk was not manned. Had you use the electronic sign in. We got to the room. Normal Premier Inn, clean, tidy, etc. no complaints there. However it was cool, so turned thermostat up to 22. The WiFi though was atrocious, in effect non existent when tested on several devices. I found some to complain to and he said there were no different rooms, so nothing he could do. I could not even see the premier in enhanced log on. When we came back from dinner, room still cold. Spoke to manager who determined that my room was set to cool and not warm. When changed, 20. Ins later we had some heat. Premier Inn needs to improve WiFinat many of its hotels. This is 2026 and we should get better results. The sign outside says WiFi, but in the case is barely true for room 130

I just spent 3 nights at this excuse for a hotel. The building is tired, carpets shabby, rooms tatty (even the so-called Premier Plus room that we paid extra for was shabby and not particularly clean). Coffee/tea making options in-room are pitiful, noisy car park at night and on 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed here we were told we couldn’t eat in the restaurant; on the first night because they had a party of 10 coming half an hour later and the ‘chef’ couldn’t cope(?!?!), and on the third night because ‘there was a problem with the oven’ (although if we had pre-booked the meal deal, somehow the oven would somehow miraculously start working as other guests were being fed). Oh, and on the one night we did manage to persuade them to take our money in exchange for some food in the HOTEL RESTAURANT, the dining room was so cold I needed to sit in my coat. The staff are incompetent at best, or woefully idle and indifferent at worst. Premier Inn has nose dived in recent years generally. We have had disappointing stays in several of them now, but this experience has meant we are finally washing our hands of them.
