Great location with local amenities within walking distance.
Efficient booking in.
Room modernised with everything you need, although I couldn’t figure out the heating and USB ports did not seem to charge.
Bed was LOVELY very comfortable

"Poor Delivery of Service"
Fecal matter splattered on WC, boogies smeared on shower bath walls tiles along with a long dark bown stain running the wall tiles and dust and strange matter surounding base of WC. Note I did not use bathroom at all. No one from Premier inn has failed contact me from Hotel in Northday Nottingham or HQ to apologise. Female Kitchen chef eating as cooking sharing out breakfast .
Nottingham big let down 🤡

"Very dirty, i wont be returning!"
What a complete disappointment. Ive sayed in a few Premier inn hotels but this place has to be the most dirtiest place I've every stayed and ive stayed at B&Bs in Blackpool!.
We arrived approximately 5.30pm, given the keys to our rooms, our three kids were on the ground floor and my husband and I were on the 1st floor, I was told if I wanted us to be close I should have contacted them directly to request this 🙄 Anyway, after a long drive we chucked our stuff in our rooms, didn't look at much, then we all nipped out for some food as my sister and her family were also staying at the hotel.
Upon returning back to our rooms, our room smelled of a sewer! Then I went to use the bathroom and noticed how extremely dirty everything was, not just dusty but dirty. So much so that I had my husband buy antibacterial wipes to start giving it a clean. Due to the state of the place I decided to speak to reception as I couldn't bring myself to use the shower, I know he said the hotel was fully booked but I spoke to him anyway.
I had taken multiple pics of the room and only some of the issues (which I have attached on here). He was very apologetic etc, however he said they only have one room avalible and it was an "accessible" room. I went to view this, it was still a bit grubby however, with a wedding to attend the next day and no where else to stay we had to accept it and just cleaned as much as we could ourselves with the wipes as by this point it was around 8pm.
The accessible room was very dusty, it had a double duvet in a king sized duvet cover, a small double bed and due to the many grab bars around the bath there is barely any space to stand at the shower.
I was advised that due to the time of night the person who would be on in the morning would deal with my complaint and refund! The next morning I spoke to the receptionist who didn't know anything really about my complaint and only took me seriously when she was shown my pictures of our room. She gave me instructions on where to fill in my complaint and informed me that she has put it in their own system that I should be given a refund for that room and two breakfast for when the powers that be see my complaint. It has been four days and I've not heard from anyone or recieved any partial refund! Very disappointing 😞
Positives - the restaurant staff/cooks, couldn't be more attentive or helpful and it was a great location for where we needed to visit.

"Pleasant Short Stay"
Room was good, spotless, all the Staff were excellent, spoke English and engaged with you.
Breakfast was very good, plenty to eat, staff excellent.

"Hotel was ok, staff not so friendly"
Receptionist wasn't very friendly, I found her very rude. Location is good as there are two supermarkets at walking distance.
