    "Amazing team and an amazing stay!"
    Definitely will be coming again next year! From checking in, we was greeted by a women called Karen…credit to your hotel. Such a caring, lovely staff. Our room was spotless and Thankyou for the housekeeping while we stayed for 3 nights they made sure we had clean towels and everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast and service there is spot on definitely a great start to your morning. All the team there made sure we had an amazing visit and we definitely did. Thankyou to the whole team including Karen for our visit, see you next year. Nicola x
    "Great breakfast but way too hot in the room! Avoid if you can."
    The "early check-in" service is a great idea as you can (almost?) guarantee that your room is ready prior to the standard check-in time, for a price... however, if your room just happens to be ready ahead of schedule (as the hotel isn't that busy) then being charged the £15 fee for it for when you happen to arrive 45 minutes early is, quite frankly, a rip-off! The rooms were also far too hot so sleep was not good. It seems to be a recognised problem - I only wish I'd read the reviews ahead of booking the room. We won't be heading back there in the future.
    "Terrible room great morning staff"
    Edit: definitely 5* for service after the morning reception staff and chef. Minus 5* for the room. It’s like an oven with no way of cooling it. A good part of the room is lost due to sloping sides in the ceiling. Despite having no air conditioning the semi decent fan wasn’t working and a tower fan had been put into the room. When I went to reception to inquire if the fan was working I was told yes. After saying I couldn’t get it to work I was told if I brought it down from the second floor I’d be shown how to work it! It turned out it was broken. The receptionist eventually said she would check if there was one in the breakfast room which I was given. There’s no plug sockets near the bed and the usb charging port on one side has been pushed out so doesn’t work. A very poor experience and impression of premier inns which previously I have always been happy with as they are usually of a uniform standard. This room however is sadly lacking.
    "Lovely few days in Nottingham"
    We stay at this Premier inn a few times a year and always have a lovely stay. Alison who cooks the breakfast is a real asset to this Premier inn, always friendly and welcoming and cooks one of the best breakfasts ever. It is very clear that Alison takes a pride in her job and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you Alison. The only downside to this hotel is that it doesn’t have A/C and in this heat the fans only move the hot air around the room. Please consider getting A/C so we can have a decent nights sleep.     It was very hot. Bedding changed every day. Fan in room not good. The room still far to hot. The staff helpful couldn't do enough
