"Geplegtes Hotel"
Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Und das Zimmer ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die grösse des Zimmers ist super. Der Preis ist gut. Beim Frühstück war alles super und auch die Bedienung war toll. Am Nachmittag mussten wir sehr lange warten um ein Getränk zu erhalten.
"un buon soggiorno"
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel abbastanza comodo, si può raggiungere a piedi il centro città ed è in una zona tranquilla. Unica negatività, che sta diventando una ricorrenza in vari hotel, è che non rifanno la camera e siamo rimasti due notti.
"Prima hotel voor bezoek aan Norwich"
De kamers in het hotel zijn ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust (flatscreen, koffie/thee, föhn e.d.). Fijne badkamer alleen jammer dat je moet douchen in het bad, die wel antislip-douche-deel heeft. Ontbijt is uitgebreid Engels, met ook pastry, muesli e.d. personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ligging is prima, je loopt zo het centrum van Norwich in met alle faciliteiten van dien.
"Do not stay here"
A truly awful hotel experience. The heat was unbearable. I get that premier inn is budget but not having air con is inexcusable. I’ve never been in a room so hot, we barely got any sleep and couldn’t stand to be in the room any longer than necessary. They did absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation. On top of this, the shower was broken, check in was slow because the room wasn’t ready even though we’d paid for early check in, the breakfast was bad, not enough pillows and very expensive for what it is. Avoid at all costs
"You would not have put an animal in a room that hot, so why your paying guests!"
I arrived late afternoon into the hotel for a business event. My room was unbearable, at 90 degrees I would say. The sun had shone into the room for the whole day, no idea when the curtains had been closed but they were slightly open nevertheless. The window is only allowed to open 2 inches (for safety apparently) but also made worse by the fact they had not removed the 2 panes of double glazing. There was a fan in the room but it just moved boiling air around. The corridor on the 3rd floor was also like the temperature of the desert, the fire door was closed at the end, which could have been opened to let some heat out. I went down to complain but I had to go to my event and there were 4 people waiting to check in. Later about 10.30pm it was considerably cooler outside, so I thought my room will have cooled too, how wrong I was, it was still like an oven. I complained to reception, asking for another room, happy to pay an upgrade , and I was told the hotel was full - I found that amazing as there was nobody about at all, no sounds, no doors closing and it was only 10.30pm, where were the 150 people (117 rooms) ? Suffice to say, I had the most awful nights sleep. I complained again in the morning about the uncomfortable conditions and the lack of empathy they showed. Incidentally the fire door exiting the back emergency stairs had been opened and left with a fire extinguisher keeping it open, a definite admission of excessive heat if there was one, why couldn't somebody have done that the day before? If it was my hotel I would have rung all the new guests arriving to explain the conditions, allowing them a refund if they chose not to stay, but no not Premier Inn. I didn't have the time to find a new hotel and I was by then exhausted. Their money back guarantee does not accept these conditions worthy of a refund, I do wonder if I had said the bed was uncomfortable or the pillows were lumpy if that was enough?? There is no intention of adding to their costs by putting in additional air conditioning to this hotel I was told. How hot does it have to get before nobody wants to stay in these rooms at the front of their hotel on a sunny day in May, June, July, Aug??
