Kings Lynn Hotel

Questo Premier Inn, alla periferia della graziosa cittadina anseatica di King's Lynn, dispone di camere ancor più spaziose della pur ottima media della catena. Ineccepibile, come sempre, la pulizia sia della stanza (la no. 117, al primo piano) che del bagno. Più che discreto sia il buffet della prima colazione (che si paga a parte), che la cena nel ristorante "Brewers Fayre" collegato all'hotel e che si trova a pochi metri di distanza. Lo staff è gentile ed efficiente. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio gratuito.

We stopped over in this premier inn. Lovely up to date rooms and nice premier in , we stayed in the second building which was fine . My only criticism is when we checked in , I asked lady on reception if she had any lactose free milk for the room , and straight away she said we don’t do it !!!! Now I’m sorry if this seems picky but , what would have been nice is if she said I’m sure if you go to the brewers fayre and tell them your staying with us they would give you some . I’m lactose intolerant, and she never bothered to find out why I wanted it , a little bit of kindness and understanding wouldn’t go a miss . Allergies / intolerances is bad enough when you’re away from home without staff being like this ! I should have just gone and asked them but I didn’t … maybe she is on evenings for a reason ……

Wonderful stay for a overnight work trip. Never stayed at a Premier inn before and I would have chosen elsewhere if I had had a choice of where to book. Check in lady wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming,she genuinely looked surprised that I was there which was a little odd, until she said check in earlier is £15 so that made sense. The young lady on reception when I returned from a trip out was so lovely. I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I felt. The beds and pillows were divine. Lovely spacious and clean bedrooms. Nice and quiet and a marvelous full English at the pub a few metres walk away. I will definitely book a Premier Inn for a personal trip now.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn at Kings Lynn. On arrival - Ample free parking. with the Brewers Fayre restaurant for all meals alsoon site. My room was standard double - Airy, light and roomy - Ideal for our needs. Great idea to have spare milk,sugar, tea, coffee at reception rather than keep asking room service every morning Bed was massive with plenty of room, warm and comfortable, pillows were good. As special mention to Dom Platts who worked at reception. On arrival, greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome, Couldn`t do enough for us - Booked breakfast and dinner time slots for us even at a moments notice.

I stayed for business, Christine and Courtney vey accommodating, welcoming and as it was my first time , of which is now weekly, greet you by your fist name and ensure I had everything I needed, So nice to be greeted with a smile and are happy to help with anything I needed or forgot, Thank you ladies
