Boston Hotel

Great service. Booked very late for pne night. Breakfast was lovely. Service was great!!

Overall this hotel is a nice stay, in a good location with friendly and helpful staff. Gayle on the front desk was brill. We had a family room which was fair sized for our short stay, room and bathroom were clean, but we did find a shirt from the previous occupants under the bed. The tv was a smart tv but only had certain channels working and none of the apps would work. The room was stifling hot at night, we had the window open and the fan running all night but the thermostat was still reading 26 degrees. There is no AC in this hotel and we ended up staying during the mini heatwave. The breakfast was brilliant at the Chef and Brewer with plenty of choice and friendly staff.

Over all great staff and all helpful The breakfast was brilliant Highly recommend it. Nice clean room but could do with update. Tv volume is set at 20 which does make it bit difficult to hear. Overall 10/10

Upon arrival, it was a swift check-in and a smiling face at the front desk. The receptionist at the time was extremely informative and friendly and it gave off an extremely nice vibe. She booked our dinner and breakfast reservation and we headed off to our room. We were on the ground floor and the room was extremely spacious and very clean - perfect for our one night stay. We upgraded to the dinner bed and breakfast package and it was worth every penny – the food on both occasions was fantastic as were the service staff in the restaurant The next morning as I head out for my morning coffee to enjoy the early sunrise – there was a gentleman from the night shift who greeted me in a pleasant manner as well as the morning receptionist, Gail. As we were looking to move to the local area from South Kent, Gail was very helpful with informing me about the local area and what it has to offer. Taking the time to give a guest a personalised service is extremely important for any hotel. As busy as she was with her job duties, she could not be more helpful and kind. Overall, our one night stay was absolutely fantastic and if we ever return for a second visit that will be our destination spot.
