Leicester City Centre Hotel

Das Premier Inn Leicester City Centre Hotel ist ein zweckmäßiges, stadtnahes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das aufpreispflichtige Frühstück günstig und ausreichend. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass das Hotel kostenfreie Parkplätze mitten in der Stadt anbietet.

Trevlig personal, men tyvärr slitet rum och badrum dåliga fönster som ej var låsta. Trevlig bar och bra varm frukost med många vegetariska och glutenfria alternativ. Mycket god service från all personal. Jätte trång parkerings hus och svårt att komma in som handikappad med rullstol till hotellet. Trångt att komma in genom dörrar med väskor från garaget. Blev fel vid bokning av rum och personalen var så hjälpsamma och löste det suveränt och enkelt

Premier Inn Leicester City Centre är ett vänligt och familjärt hotell, hjälpsam personal, bekväma rum, bra frukost och ett perfekt läge i stadens centrum. Det är nära till transporter som järnväg och buss, nära till restauranger, pubar och shopping. Under åren vi besökt Leicester har vi alltid valt Premier Inn och blivit bekanta med Paula som jobbar där och alltid välkomnar oss ned ett leende och bästa servicen.

I have stayed here before and needed to come back to Leicester for a funeral. I made the booking at the end of April, only to receive an email from Premier Inn two weeks later advising of a free breakfast offer when booking for a certain period. The date I booked happened to be in that period, so I messaged Premier Inn, explained the situation, only to be told that as I booked before the email, I could not have the offer. I thought this was a shame and not very helpful. So cannot comment on breakfast as I did not eat there. Check in - I am not a fan of self check in machines. It feels really impersonal, so I didn't see any reception staff during our stay. The bar staff in the evening were pleasant and the happy hour offer was a very good deal. The room itself was good. Clean and spacious. The beds are still very good, it's one thing I love about Premier Inn, their beds. A good stay apart from the breakfast offer and lack of reception staff. Would stay here again.

The initial experience was pretty negative even for a premier inn. The check in was functional but not polite and at one stage the reception accused my mother in law of lying. It was unprovoked and I was sure it was a big mistake to book this but as my mother in law was paying condolences to a family in Leicester it was an easy option just to stay on. i was just dropping my mother in-law off and so when I returned 3 days later I was pleasantly surprised that at least one employee - Paula J who was serving breakfasts was exceptional. She was kind to my mother in law and spoke to people by name not by room number. What a contrast.
