Leicester Central (A50) Hotel

The room is clean. The staff members are nice. However the room has a very bad soundproofing. The noise makes it difficult to rest and to sleep. Le personnel a réclamé le calme aux locataires de la chambre du dessus mais cela n'a pas vraiment aidé. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel à quelq'un qui veut se reposer.

Over the past 10-15 years I and my family have stayed in many Premier Inns over the country. Unfortunately I think they are losing their touch. I don't know if it's because they are having to cut costs or what. On the last two visits I have stayed with them i have noticed the breakfast hasn't been as good as they used to be. The cooked breakfast is not now cooked to order instead, they sit under hot lights which in turn dries it up. They do not supply oat milk as an alternate to dairy, (I have an allergy to all things dairy). So there was no morning coffee for me either in the room or at breakfast. I also struggled to find something to eat off the main menu on the evening we arrived. A lot of the choice was burgers. The other person with me had to have two starters to make up a meal. A main road is very near which means one has to keep the windows closed. It is very handy and close by if one is attending the Space Centre which we were.

Very nice, clean & friendly hotel. Everything was perfect & very good value. Good breakfast! My son who is 7 was very impressed with the receptionist who checked us in.

My youngest son & I stayed here on our visit to the national space centre.We travelled by bus from the town centre which was about 10 minutes travel.the bus stop is just outside the premier inn & across a road so very handy.we were very impressed with the outside of the building,it’s a lovely hotel .Everything was perfect in our room except I took a few hrs to get to sleep because of the noise of the air con sounding like a toilet being flushed & it also woke me during the night.I didn’t knock any stars off because our breakfast experience more than made up for it.Rutva & Indi we’re so friendly & welcoming they went above and beyond to make our breakfast experience wonderful,there a huge credit to premier Inn & my poached eggs were cooked to perfection

Good location, friendly staff. Rooms quiet, beds very comfy. Good onsite parking. Onsite breakfast very good with alot of choice. Good value for money! I would return.
