"Hotel in Herzen der City"
Das Premier Inn liegt in einer Querstraße der Einkaufsstr. Vom Bahnhof sind es knapp 5 zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind viele Bars und Restaurants. Der Check in verläuft sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und sauber. An einigen Stellen müssten mal kleinere Schönheitsarbeiten vorgenommen werden. Trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig in den Zimmern. Das Frühstück hat den üblichen Premier Inn Standard und ist sehr lecker.

"Preis/Leistung perfekt, ebenso die Lage"
lediglich das Angebot, ein WIFI-upgrade extra zu bezahlen ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen, gerne wieder!
Die Lage war top, Nähe Bahnhof und nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Optimal für einen Kurztrip.

"Great stay would recommend and great price"
Really great stay from start to finish. The room felt private and well set up, with no noise issues at all—nights were quiet, which made it easy to get a proper rest. The bed was especially comfortable, easily one of the highlights.
Service was consistently good too—staff were helpful without being intrusive, and everything ran smoothly. Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay that did exactly what you’d hope for. Would definitely come back.

"Plus room lovely avoid the Restuarant at all costs"
Had the premiere plus room , was lovely , room decor was nice only thing would say are that the bath is high and to get in and out to shower was an issue as it needs a handle on the wall fitting to help with that . I think they should all come with walk in showers now especially in the plus rooms . The worst thing about this hotel is it's run by kids . Last nights meal in restaurant was a disaster booked in a 7.00pm . The poor young member of staff Alishba ( think thats spelt wrong ) was running bar ,taking orders , servicing orders and constantly apologising to the guests . waited around 15mins for order to be taken , another 30mims for the food to come , 10 mins for desserts . Only saw one other person appear to come help who was the manager and they kept disappearing. Alishba did a great job and we told her that . Now to breakfast went at 8.10ish as not busy . Waited 10 mins to be seated . So eat as much as you want lol. Went to get pastries , only a couple crossiants , and 3 white slices of bread and 3 Grainary that was it . No intention of putting more out . Fruit only apples and oranges and not many of them . Hot food ok but no fried eggs so had to stand and wait and tell one of the staff there was none . Stop the press, they have just put stop pan au chocolate out . The staff are not pro active . They should be checking the food area constantly refilling. I understand they want to keep the hot food fresh . But come on guys . Me and my partner stay at a lot of premiere inn through the year . We have seen good and bad . You need to pull your socks up and get the customer service and experience at 100% .

"Zero vare given to customers.....on 11 rooms"
11 rooms booked .Trying to notify the hotel of late check in....no answer for hours, no facility to contact anyone....
11 rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely useless!!!!!!!!!!!
