    "Ottima struttura per posizione, comfort e prezzo."
    E' stato un piacevole soggiorno di 4 notti. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la posizione vicina al centro e davanti alla stazione ma silenziosissima, le dimensioni e il comfort della stanza, l'arredo molto in ordine, il bagno spazioso e razionale, la disponibilità dello staff anche se ridotto al minimo (praticamente il check-in è solo automatico), il breakfast continentale con buona varietà e possibilità di scelta. Gli unici aspetti negativi sono stati i seguenti: 1) Durante il soggiorno la stanza non è mai stata pulita o riordinata. Probabilmente ciò fa parte della politica aziendale di mantenere bassi i prezzi, ma questo avrebbe dovuto essere chiaramente indicato sul sito di prenotazione, o su avvisi esposti nella struttura. Abbiamo chiesto di riordinare la stanza all'addetta alla colazione, ma questa ha risposto in modo incomprensibile (il nostro Inglese è pessimo e non siamo stati in grado di approfondire la discussione) 2) Pur avendo prenotato per due persone, all'arrivo abbiamo trovato solo un asciugamano. Il secondo asciugamano abbiamo dovuto chiederlo espressamente e ci è stato dato (non immediatamente ma alla sera).
    "Ideal stay."
    This has been the ideal place for my 2 nights stay in Sevenoaks I would like to recommend Pasquale, and Soham both have been so welcoming, cheerful and caring beyond what one could expect. Neither pushed themselves forward -i asked for their names to write this. Room was super..nice and cool with thermostatic control, good TV (although I would have liked Classic FM to be available) and food etc very good. Please commend these 2 hosts in particular. The food was good, staff have to work hard to be sure buffet breakfast is hot for everyone. Value for money is extremely good compared with Airbnb in this area for example and proximity to station is heaven! Thanks

    Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, amazing service from hotel staff including friendly Pasquale who helped us with answering our questions about allergens in the breakfast food as my close friend is allergic to nuts.

    Absolutely had a great check in with Dannie couldn’t do more if we asked, equally followed by pasquale what a fantastic enthusiastic helpful member of your team nothing was to much and everything delivered with a smile , your lucky to have a great team and we will definitely be returning thanks to your great staff 👌

    I am staying as a guest here in sevenoaks im have been here a week and wow wow it has been magnificent as its very hard with adult children who have disabilities aswell as vulnerabilities and im also disabled and "Aline " one of the staff ( dury manager) has gone above and beyond to help us aswell as making my sons feel extremely less vulnerable and they can easily approach her at any time and she will do anything to help us she is extremely polite professional and always smiling nothing is to much trouble she is a true asset to your team even a as a yeam leader Thank you "Aline" your a star 🌟
