Maidstone (Sandling) Hotel

Dit hotel is vies en verouderd. De kamer was 22 graden terwijl de verwarming uit stond en het raam open. We hebben hierdoor het dekbed uit de hoes moeten halen om onder het overtrek te slapen. We schrokken enorm toen we zagen hoe vreselijk smerig het dekbed was, vol met gele en bruine vlekken, een dood insect en een lange zwarte haar! Ik kan niet geloven dat er mensen zijn die hier een schone hoes omheen doen en iemand hier onder laten slapen. Echt schandalig! Hoe durven ze hier geld voor te vragen? De badkamer is oud en beschimmeld met overal kapotte en vieze hoekjes. We hebben eerder ook een verblijf geboekt in dezelfde stad(!) bij de Premier Inn Town Centre, deze was wel schoon en netjes. Ik zou dus iedereen aanraden om Maidstone Sandling te vermijden en door te rijden naar Town Centre.

For the fourth year running we have stayed here for the festival .... the staff are friendly, helpful and happy .. The rooms are clean and comfortable The beefeater is as good as always But the staff in the hotel make it the pleasant stay it is ... thank you

Suzanne on the reception desk was so welcoming and kind. The room was lovely and my daughter was very happy with her little activity pack and present. Comfy beds, really - a lovely stay.

Lovely friendly staff, good attached restaurant, quiet, could not hear the M20 road and very clean. The electric fan ion the room was great as there was a heatwave on

It was the first time I had stayed at Premier Inn Sandling Maidstone. I chose this particular Premier Inn as my daughter and I were were proposing to visit relatives in the area. I found the whole experience to be excellent. Meals were good, staff most helpful and in addition the location of the hotel relatively close to the M20 motorway made access most convenient. An additional plus point which we enjoyed is that the hotel is also located next to the River Medway with evening walks along the towpath most pleasant.
