Stevenage Central Hotel

Während einer Rundreise durch England habe ich für eine Nacht spontan hier gebucht. Der Grund: wir waren mit dem anfangs gebuchten Hotel nicht zufrieden und habe eine Nacht " verschenkt". Hätte ich nur von Anfang an hier gebucht. Ein grosses sauberes Zimmer mit einem grossen Doppelbett und einem Sofabett. Die Premier Inn Betten sind perfekt, es hat verschiedene Kissenarten. Das Frühstück mit warmen und kalten Speisen kostet 11£, für die Kinder ist es frei und Mr. KALO macht das perfekt..Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Bürogebäuden. Ohne Auto ist es sicher nicht so ideal, wir hatten einen Mietwagen und der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist gratis und eingezäunt... Stevenage liegt im weiteren Umfeld von London. Wir haben den Ort zum Besuch der Harry Potter Studios benutzt, und konnten durch die Anbindung ans Autobahnnetz am andern Morgen gleich weiter nordwärts fahren. Gerne wieder !!

Très bon hôtel à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Il y a des trains toutes les demi heure pour Londres, cela coûte une douzaine de livres/trajet/personne. Pourquoi payer cher pour un hôtel à Londres quand on peut être à une demi-heure de King's Cross ou de Sint-Pancras?

I had a wonderful stay and wanted to give special recognition to the fantastic staff who made the experience so enjoyable. The receptionists were exceptional from the moment I arrived. They were welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating, always happy to help with any questions or requests. Their friendly attitude made me feel valued throughout my stay. I’d also like to give a special mention to Taylor and Sarah from the bar. They were both outstanding, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere every time I visited. Their excellent customer service and positive personalities really stood out and made my stay even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuinely caring staff.

The staff, especially Lisa, made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

Room was ok, location was what I needed, but the service from Sarah, Lexi, and Taylor was absolutely first class. It was a particularly busy night with the football on and a huge number of people in the restaurant, but they handled it all incredibly well. Can't fault them at all. They made what could easily have been a terrible evening into a great one. The three of them are absolute credits to the company. Thank you
