Hatfield Hotel

Always reliable, always clean, always great sleep, always good amenities. Premier Inn is the one I always opt for if it is near where I need to be.

A special big shout out to Brennan after our latest stay at the Premier Inn Hatfield, nothing was to hard to sort out for us. After several months of regular stays due to a relative suffering from poor health, her funeral was on Thursday. We will come and stay here again, we have experienced nothing but friendly professional service from all the Premier Inn staff, including Monika, Hannah, Sam and Theresa and all those not mention here. Thank you all Brian Ps the air-conditioning was a blessing during the summer heatwaves

New rooms are now open and wow, what a difference compared to the old dated rooms. Decor is much better and finally sockets next to the bed. Staff always friendly and Connor the chef is an excellent chef. Highly recommend especially if you can get the new rooms. My goto hotel now for stays in Hatfield. Well done team Hatfield!

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful!

First time visiting this premier inn for an event at hatfield house. The staff were all super friendly, especially Terri who checked us in, had a good laugh and offered us ice and condiments from the kitchen after we'd walked to the shop to buy ketchup. She was a highlight of the stay and want to give full credit to her hard work and dedication to making sure we had a great stay. They had extra tea and coffee available in the entrance, as well as in the rooms. Situated about 20 minute walk from Hatfield house. Or 4 minutes by road. Being as close to the maid road through Hatfield, in a room that faced at road, it was very quiet. We'll be returning next year and hoping Terri will still be manning the desk!
