"Super Hotel am Stadtrand von Portsmouth"
Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal. Sehr große und praktisch eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer und Bad. Sehr bequeme Betten. Aufzug vorhanden. In der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus.

"Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis"
Bei Premier Inn weiß man, was man bekommt. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet und ordentliche Zimmer. Gute Lage, da man sehr schnell und einfach im Zentrum ist. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

"Empfehlenswert für Kurzaufenthalt!"
Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Zimmer sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Großer Flat-TV. Gefrühstückt haben wir im benachbarten Supermarkt. Abends waren wir Essen in der Nähe gelegenen Marina (20 Minuten Fussweg). Bei Vorabbuchung sehr günstig. haben 39 Pfund bezahlt - da gibt's nichts auszusetzen.

"gutes Hotel zu günstigem Preis"
Diese Hotelkette ist sehr bekannt in Großbritannien. Man muss teilweise für einige Extras bezahlen wie z.B. Internet, Frühstück, Parken. Es bietet aber ansonsten das Nötigste was man so braucht, TV, Handtücher, Tee etc. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig und sauber. Wenn man früh bucht bekommt man oft sensationelle Preise.

"Multitasking staff are never where the guest wants them to be."
The room was nice and comfortable.
We Tried to open the window a little (Warm Day) only for the net curtain to fall down, the net curtain needs to be fixed at the edge of the window rather than have a spring-loaded curtain rail placed near the glass..
The window can only be opened a little for safety reasons.
The TV channels are all over the place and needs somebody to organise the channels into a practical order rather that have BB1 on channel 22 and ITV on channel 52.
The room had a stain on the carpet and a dirty glass on the tray. 5min with a cleaner would have removed the stain. Why was it not done?
Maybe the cleaner had a lot of rooms to process and a period of 5min per room.
We were asked to make a booking at the restaurant which we did for 7pm, when we arrived there was nobody to greet us or to inform us of the routine, Were the staff multi tasking again?.
What is the point of asking people for a meal time?.
Quality of food was very poor.
Evening meal:
The steaks were over cooked.
The Mushrooms were very rubbery (either over cooked or past their best).
The sweets were just warm.
Breakfast:
Bacon cold and greasy. Piled high on a tray.
Eggs were hard to pick up as they kept slipping off the tray due to the amount of oil on them.
Black pudding was tasteless.
The Sausages were nice.
Bar staff had no idea about cocktails. one was reading from a card and the other mixing the drinks. They had no idea of what measurement to put in the cocltail drinks.
If you wanted a drink and there was nobody at the bar you had to wait while they became available.
Shortage of staff, staff multitasking trying to be in two places at the same time, lack of the right training.
It’s down to bad management at senior level and cost cutting.
