"Don’t let the outside put you off!"
Upon first glance I did wonder what I had done, from the outside it’s a bit tired and off putting,BUT what makes this the best Premier inn I have stayed in, is without doubt is the staff and quality of the reasonably priced food,Kirsty the very active Manager, Matthew and Reece front of house evening and morning, very friendly and welcoming, good fish n chips cooked by Mark, and Ben does the best poached eggs in the Morning. Yes, it’s a bit tired especially the restaurant tables, but they are clean, Reese was on the ball and cleared them quickly which can be rare in a Premier. I also recommend the upgraded rooms. Thanks to all the team!
"Friendly homely Hot"
Converted Tudor building in Lymington. Quaint and homely. Good facilities. Free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Matthew was a great person to deal with as was Reese when we arrived. A great team at Lymington.

"Great location for access to Lymington and the New Forest"
Great location for access to Lymington and the New Forest. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is dated and is waiting refurbishment hence the 4 rather than 5 stars review. The staff were very good - they were always on hand, helpful and cheery. Breakfast was hot and cooked fresh and the croissants were fresh baked each morning. The breakfast room was clean.
"Great service"
Great service from all staff especially Matthew who looked after us when we went for drinks and something to eat after a horrendous drive of 8 hours . Even bringing the little ones pictures to colour in even though he was covering the bar and restaurant Mark , Ollie and young lady serving breakfast were also excellent . Poor guy on reception was there when we went to bed and when we got up apparently having popped home for a few hours sleep ( he must live close ) Excellent service all round and Matthew don’t forget Cotton Traders for the bargains 😂
