Aldershot Hotel

Located well, very good and friendly service, newly refurbished rooms, very clean and a very good size. The hotel has an annex aswell and both buildings are directly next o the Brewers Fayre Pub. There is no elevator but a big carpark. A big Tescos Supermarket is situated directly next to the hotel within walking distance.

Free parking, good friendly receptionist, comfy beds, nice mood lighting in the shower room, bedroom was clean. Purchased a meal deal, which meant you could buy dinner and breakfast for a reduced amount, dinner was a complete shambles and took 2 1/4 hours to serve two courses, even then they didn't get my order right, the barman had not been trained fully and couldn't make a shandy. Be aware that the room we stayed in which was 201 was right next to an entrance door so any time somebody went in or out the wall shook, also no opening windows just Aircon which is no good for an asthma sufferer.

We stayed for 2 nights in this Premier Inn in Aldershot and have to say that although they have got major refurbishment going on this did not affect our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We want to give a big shout to Paula in the dining room. She is very friendly and efficient and we could not have asked for more attention. Our breakfast was freshly cooked and a great choice, as was the continental option. She is a credit to your restaurant staff.

An enjoyable stay at the Aldershot Premier Inn fir 1 night.. Had 4 rooms as family staying as well. Able to book in advance 2 of the rooms next to each other for special needs child's family. A good breakfast was available with plenty of choice including freshly cooked hot food . The 2 staff looking after us all (Paula and Jenny) were exceptional in their care for us and especially patient with the children. Overall a very good experience.
