Aldershot Hotel

Gute Lage, sehr guter und freundlicher Service, neu gestaltete Zimmer, sehr sauber und gute Größe. Das Hotel hat auch einen Annex und beide liegen in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Pub: Brewers Fayre. Located well, very good and friendly service, newly refurbished rooms, very clean and a very good size. The hotel has an annex aswell and both buildings are directly next o the Brewers Fayre Pub. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug aber einen großen Parkplatz. Ein großer Supermarkt liegt unmittelbar neben dem Hotel in Laufentfernung. There is no elevator but a big carpark. A big Tescos Supermarket is situated directly next to the hotel within walking distance.

Camera spaziosa e pulita bagno comodissimo sanitari nuovi wifi ottimo prese usb al lato del letto finestra con vista panoramica personale gentilissimo. C' era la possibilità di una buona colazione tradizionale che non ho potuto consumare per questioni di tempo

Receptionist with the broken foot was spot on and very good at her job The maids and cleaners were excellent and very thorough with the cleaning The breakfast staff were very helpful and efficient, well done The chef was very friendly and a professional And then the bar opens at 5-9pm We went in at 5.15 and there was no one to be seen and then Matthew rocks in 5 minutes later I ordered a pint of morreti and before I could order my next drink he said that will be £6.50 and hadn’t even attempted to pour it Can’t make cocktails and not very good at customer service He then disappeared when my desserts where ready and some one else had to serve them and the sticky toffee pudding was cold So all in all Mathew has changed my mind and I will not stay at premier in again and I don’t think Lenny Henry would be happy with the service we got from Mathew

Stayed here for 2 nights as dropping don off at army barracks in Pirbright . Fan kept my son awake all night just what he did not need . Room was too hot no windows to open air con blowing out hot air. Breakfast staff lovely but evening staff rubbish lad wasn’t interested no customer service skills made cocktails with Prosecco that was flat sent back watched him talking to himself as wasn’t happy . After finishing meal waited over 20 mins for pudding gf ad to as nd ask for them the make member of staff disappeared lady got pudding no spoons had to go and find spoons ourself member of staff was called Matthew did tell duty manager

I'll get the good things out of the way first, very helpful/friendly staff at reception, no problem at all checking in early, the room is very clean and the blackout curtains are fantastic. That's about it. The Kingsize bed is two single beds zipped together, which apparently is common practice, but it's incredibly uncomfortable because it creates an apex in the middle and it's hard where the zip is. It is also stiflingly hot in the room, and the air conditioning isn't air conditioning at all, it's a heater blowing hot air and it's impossible to open the windows. The wet room wasn't great either, very little water pressure, and all you get inside the room as any sort of work surface is a little round coffee table (this is a Premier Plus room) every other hotel I've ever stayed in has some sort of desk normally built into the wall. Very dissapointed, leaving here this morning after having a wretched night, I won't be coming back or using Premier Inn again in the future.
