Manchester (Denton) Hotel

Hôtel accueillant, avec un Pud et une restauration typiquement anglaise. Des chambres de qualité avec une bonne literie. Idéalement placé, proche des grands axes routiers pour Stockport ou Manchester centre. Calme sans bruit de la route. Grand parking avec 2 stations électriques pour voitures (en cours d'installation) Hôtel propre et bonne wifi. Manque juste un bar de boisson fraiche (soft) dans la chambre pour mériter une 5émé étoile pour moi, mais le thé et le café sont bien présent et à volonté. Très bon rapport qualité prix, il est avantageux de réserver par le site.

This is a perfect location in terms of easy access and for onward travel into Manchester. An Uber was less than £6. There is a Sainsburys within a few minutes walk but unfortunately the KFC onsite closed an hour and a half early on a Friday night, claiming to have no staff and no chicken. So don't rely on that!!!! The hotel is moderately sized and on only two floors, with free and abundant parking. The staff deserve a particular shout out for their professionalism and friendliness; we had a very serious and extremely dangerous issue in our room first thing one morning due to a completely random and unexpected malfunction. This was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the duty manager, who did everything she could to make our room safe. Lovely lady and a true credit to the company!!! Our room was exceptionally clean and a bit bigger than some. It was also VERY quiet, despite being fully booked for part of our stay and being so close to the main road. The on-site restaurant is considerably better than most, serving cheap but very acceptable food. It shames the similar equivalent just up the road by the Premier Inn at Mottram. Very highly recommended in every way.

Location is perfect for distance with many different shops and the town centre. Rooms were absolute top notch. The atmosphere that was superb. Value of the room isn't cheap but is best within Manchester. Cannot say anything wrong about the cleanliness as everything was beautiful. All people working there were absolutely kind and helpful whenever anything happened.

We had 2 rooms for 3 nights as our daughter was with us. There is plenty of free car parking, but you must enter your registration at reception so as not to get fined. We were warmly greeted, and both of the receptionists we met were really helpful. As I had a graduation ceremony in Manchester, I used the direct taxi phone in reception, and the cost for the trip was £17 for one way. I also needed to borrow an iron and ironing board from reception, and nothing was too much trouble. There is a Sainsburys close by, as well as a Brewers Fayre. An enjoyable stay.

If I could give it less stars I would! The duvet cover was stained with blood and then when we called to change it they replaced it with another stained duvet which they knew was stained. Mould in the bathroom, grime in the walls and cutlery. When I brought it up to customer service and they got in touch with management they lied and said they offered us a complimentary breakfast! I'm absolutely disgusting and will never stay at premier inn again and I would advise everyone to save their money and book elsewhere unless you want to stay in a dirty, stain covered bed in a mouldy room!
