"Einen Familienausflug mit der Familie."
Das Hotel war super, in guter Lage und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. An der Rezeption hatten wir Paulo, der uns bei allem geholfen hat. Da wir zum ersten Mal in Manchester waren, hat er uns coole Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke, Paulo.

"Analog des Schwesterhotels"
Analog des Schwesterhotels, Runger Lane South, gilt auch hier: eine solide Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, wenngleich auch nicht mehr modern. Das Frühstück ist super (vorrausgesetzt man mag Englisches Frühstück). Zum Glück ging hier die Klimaanlage.
Vorsicht bei den „Easy Access“ Rooms; rohlstuhlgerecht bedeutet nicht zwingend geeignet für Gäste ohne Rollstuhl.

Hotel con nadie en recepción, el check in lo tienes que hacer en una maquina.
No hay shuttel del aereopuerto al hotel.
Si el primer día llegas tarde ten en cuenta que el restaurante cierra a las 9.30. Después a las 11.30 puedes pedir pizza
Fui a cenar y no tenían un 40% de ka carta disponible.
No hay nadie en recepción el 70% del tiempo, xo si quieres coger el shuttel del hotel sl aereopuerto (que si hay) te tienes que apuntar en recepción.
La habitación está bien, es confortable, pero no la limpian si estas más de un día.

"Rewelacyjne miejsce na pobyt w Manchesterze za rozsądną cenę"
W hotelu przebywałem od 15 do 17.03. Hotel bardzo czysty ( rzadkość w UK ). Bardzo smaczne śniadania i dobrej jakości restauracja. Uczynny personel - miałem problem z rezerwacją, został rozwiązany bardzo szybko i sprawnie. Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Bardzo dobra komunikacja tramwajowa do centrum i przede wszystkim blisko do lotniska. Serdecznie polecam.

"Disappointing breakfast experience due to poor attitude from waitress"
Have stayed here before and had no issues whatsoever. However, this visit was disappointing. The room, as always was comfortable and clean. Always a great sleep in a comfy bed. Unfortunately our breakfast experience was poor. Breakfast is advertised until 10.30am. We went for breakfast just after 10am and there was very little left at the hot buffet. There was the usual bacon, sausage and mushrooms left but no hash browns, only 1 piece of black pudding left and 2 dried up fried eggs. I understand if the restaurant has been busy and had no time to replenish the food but there were only 2 other tables in at the same time. The problem thereafter was the attitude of the older female staff member working in the restaurant. We found her to be rude and dismissive when we commented about the lack of certain hot food. We were told it was because the breakfast finishes at 10.30am and we would “need to wait 20mins” if we wanted more food. My partner pointed out it was just after 10am to which we were told to speak to the duty manager if we were unhappy. She then proceeded to mutter to herself for the next 10 minutes as she went round the restaurant. Other guests in the restaurant at the same time also commented on her rudeness. In fairness, when we did speak to the duty manager he was polite and helpful and said he would look into the issue and refunded the cost of the breakfasts. It was a shame that the waitress’ poor customer service spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
