    "Séjour à Londres"
    L'hôtel et son personnel nous conviennent très bien. Le site est pour nous impératif car ça nous permet de visiter nos amis, de nous balader dans les parcs voisins et d'un coup de métro, nous rendre en centre ville très facilement car il y a une ligne de métro directe.
    "Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo"
    Buona soluzione per chi non ha necessità di risiedere in centro. L’hotel è in un quartiere residenziale ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Edificio moderno in un complesso di condomini di recentissima costruzione. Stanza confortevole, anche se priva di minibar e cassetta di sicurezza. La pulizia quotidiana della stanza va richiesta in reception.
    "Broken beds and left with no choice"
    We stayed in hotel for 2 nights. Upon arrival we discovered 2 out of 3 beds were broken. Previous occupants must have jumped all over them and broke bases of both beds. The double bed had one of the wooden support beams broken and on floor and second support beam cracked badly. Child’s bed had middle broken and Staff was informed immediately and gentleman was sent to assess the beds. He was lovely and said unfortunately the damage is too bad to be fixed on spot. I have spoken to lady at check in and was told sorry we don’t have any other rooms to swap you so can’t do anything. I had to fill gap in my child’s bed with 4 towels we were given for bathroom and then cover bed with 2 duvets to make it possible for my child to lay on! Glad we took blanket with us! The double bed we could feel was sloping into middle! it was terrible to sleep on but we were left with no choice. I believe we should have been offered alternative accommodation! This is unacceptable and we were not offered any refund etc. Not a happy customer I’m afraid :(
    "Great Premier Inn Experience"
    Very good location to underground and nearby train station. Immediate outside area very clean and tidy and design looked welcoming. Underground car park is locked and secure; great idea. We were greeted and helped by Mariia and her colleagues during our stay; they were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spotless, couldn't really ask for more. We enjoyed a full breakfast. Overall, this was the best Premier Inn we have stayed at and would highly recommend. Thanks 😊
    "Could have been better"
    We stayed here for three nights in the middle of August. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, AC was average at best. The hotel is only a 5-10 min walk from the nearest tube station, there’s a Morrisons local and a Starbucks next door. The shower was dreadfully, no pressure at all and sprayed all over in a fine mist, whenever you changed the temperature it made an awful noise. The WiFi went down on our final night, we were told we would be refunded but were charged again.
