    "Very friendly and helpful staff despite issues with amenities"
    The hotel is great, the staff is very welcoming. However, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility; there is no elevator. Furthermore, there is carpeting throughout, which is not at all practical for people with allergies or sensitivity to dust or mites, despite very regular cleaning upon request.
    "Dated but Comfortable "
    Only there for the night. But can't complain. Yes the hotel is dated looking and needs a refurbishment, but My family and I found it comfortable, clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and it was hot tasty and there was plenty of choice. The previous night we had a few drinks during Happy Hour and Dominic who served us was friendly and helpful. Even though we only stayed the night it was extremely comfortable. The Transport links to inner London are excellent from hotel.
    "Lovely food"
    The bed was so comfortable, however the room was dated. Couldn't have aircon on throughout the night as too noisy and the bathroom sink blocked but was OK for one night. The evening meal and breakfast was delicious (thank you chefs) the breakfast waitresses Jade & Mags were really welcoming and helpful - a nice way to start the day!!
    "Receptionist bad attitude"
    As a customer i expect to be welcomed regardless if the lady likes me or not. I’m a weekly customer at this Hayes hotel and majority staff are nice but this one lady who got bad attitude problem which needs to be dealt with. So the previous time she wouldn’t let me check in 15 min early wanted me to pay £15. This week I went after 1500 the same lady was at reception she didn’t so much as say hello just asked me to sign handed me the key didn’t say what floor etc. At 07:00 some one was making so much the couple was talking so loud. Then at around 0900 the cleaning lady was cleaning next door banging about then hoovering the room with the door open this went on up until 09:30 then I went out said to her why are you making so much noise I’m trying to sleep, she replied go speak to reception. I couldn’t tell reception as it was the same lady on shift from previous day so I just got up and left. I pay for a peaceful night sleep. I only stay here as it’s closest to my family as I travel from Birmingham every week.
    "Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff"
    Our third time at this hotel, it’s our go to now whenever we’re in London going to Wembley, we’ve always had a pleasant experience. Special mention to Amit on reception, he went out of his way to help us. I’m disabled and he made sure I got a ground floor room and then found us an extension lead so I could use my heated blanket and my husband his CPAP machine. He was really lovely, very helpful and went above and beyond for us when he really didn’t have to.
