London Hayes, Heathrow (North A4020) Hotel

Hotel vieillissant et visiblement au bord de l'abandon. Les équipements sont en mauvais état et la propreté est à revoir (et pas de service de ménage durant un séjour de 4 jours malgré les demandes et les promesses) Les rideaux, mobiliers ou moquettes dont constellées de tâches. Le chauffage se coupure toutes les 3 heures environ et la température le matin était de 14 degrés (pour 9 à l'extérieur), mais il existe une solution : se réveiller toutes les 3 heures pour rallumer le système... L'accueil est à revoir, il y a un manque de respect des clients de la part d'une réceptionniste. A une demande non satisfaite (le ménage par exemple) il est que l'on peut toujours se plaindre. Points positifs : la chambre est grande et la télévision fonctionne.

Excellent location if you are attending a concert at Wembley Stadium. It took us 20 minutes to get there in an Uber on a busy Friday night! The area is nice and quiet, not much traffic and there was ample parking. The service from the receptionist was a bit disappointing, she clearly had better things to do than greet customers as she couldn't even bring herself to look up at us, but thankfully we didn't need her for anything other than checking in and out. Our room was exactly as expected from a Premier Inn - clean and comfortable! We were delighted to have air con as it was around 31C when we arrived. The bathroom was very small and dated, and the water pressure in the shower is poor, but other than that we really couldn't complain. We stayed on the first floor overlooking the car park and were impressed by how quiet it was even when we got back from the concert. We had the usual tea, coffee, sugar and milk facilities which were ok. Nothing to write home about but good if you want a little pick-me-up in the morning. All in all, great value for money. We were impressed by how cheap it was! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was looking a little tired but we were forewarned the hotel was getting updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean so we were happy with the price we paid, especially since it was a very busy gig at Wembley weekend ( which is why we were there) staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Easy parking and easy transport links. Will definitely use again.

We were welcomed very warmly and professionally by Jags/Anjal. They were very attentive especially with the Gluten free allergens information. Sorted out the air conditioning in the restaurant and offered us the dinner/breakfast deal.
