Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut, Bushaltestelle ca. 2 Minuten entfernt & Underground Station mit dem Bus in ca. 2 Minuten erreichbar und zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Underground fährt in ca. 40 Minuten in die Londoner City.

Lovely staff made us feel like we are home with family. Very respectful and friendly people. Clean and cool rooms. Just loved it definitely going next time there.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights, and everything was wonderful. The staff and the receptionist were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. On top of that, everything was perfect—our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Extremely disappointing and distressing experience – Premier Inn Dagenham My stay at Premier Inn Dagenham was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. During our stay, a friend’s car was stolen from the hotel premises. This was extremely distressing and completely changed our experience. We were left feeling unsafe, anxious and uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. What should have been a relaxing stay became a very stressful and frightening experience. As a result of what happened, we barely slept that night. The anxiety and worry about our safety and the security of our belongings significantly affected our stay. We booked a Premier Inn expecting a safe, secure and comfortable environment, but unfortunately that was far from our experience. I understand that the hotel may not be directly responsible for a criminal act, but I am very disappointed by the overall experience and would expect a hotel of this standard to take guest safety and the security of the car park seriously. I would also like to know what security measures were in place at the time and what action the hotel intends to take to prevent similar incidents happening to other guests. This incident caused considerable distress and completely ruined our stay. I therefore believe it is appropriate for Premier Inn to review this matter seriously and consider offering compensation or a refund in recognition of the significant impact this incident had on our stay. I would appreciate a prompt response from management explaining how this was handled, what security measures were in place, and what can be done to address the distress and disruption we experienced. Overall, this was an extremely poor and upsetting experience, and sadly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.
