Thurrock West Hotel

Wir waren Beruflich mit mehreren Leuten dort gewesen. Großer Parkplatz vorm Haus. Sehr freundliches Personal. Große saubere Zimmer. Nur je nach Zimmer Lage etwas laut.Da vor dem Hauz eine große Straße verläuft.

Wir waren 3 Tage im Familienzimmer und ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Freundlich, sauber und dem Preis gerecht. Wer nur auf der Durchreise ist, sollte aber lieber in einem anderen Ort eine Unterkunft suchen, da man hier die Gebühren für den Dartford Tunnel hat.

Mitten in einem Industriegebiet gelegen und umringt von "Roundabouts" liegt das Premier Inn super gelegen für Geschäftsreisen um kurze Wege zu seinen Kunden zu haben. Der erste Eindruck ist allerdings von diesem Umstand geprägt. Doch das Premier Inn ist sehr ruhig und mit guter Ausstattung versehen, sodass auch ein mehrtägiger Aufenthalt angenehm sein kann. Suoer Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal runden dies Sache ab. Sehr zu empfehlen.

**Appalling - the whole experience with this company. Travelled down there with work, both work vans were broken into and all the equipment was stolen. Hotel staff couldnt care less. Parking - Horizon are just ripoffs on 2 occasions was in the car park for 15/20 mins to pick up something from the room, was billed £60.00 each time. Went through customer services (because i didnt want to make any error)when i needed to cancel one peronsns stay and book another (before Checkin ) , they messed it up so have not received any refund for the 3 days i cancelled. Called guest relations twice to sort it out - wished i hadnt bothered... I have emailed in explaining about the refund . have been ignored. We will never use Premier Inn again.****

I was booked into Thurrock West Hotel. Given room 212 and there was hair on the bed like the nothing has been changed and was being reused. Found hair on the pillow , on the duvet and the bedsheet! This is very hygienic and shocking from such a well established hotel chain in England. I requested a room change and was immediately told there may not be another available as the hotel was fully booked but then was asked the reason for my request. Your staff member took a while to find me another room which I found ammusing as I could book several rooms online for the same day so the hotel wasn’t fully booked?! She gave me room 146. This time the bed did seem like it had been changed. However, I spent the first 20mins trying to kill mosquitoes in the room! I had to kill three of them. What kind of sanitary conditions does this hotel provide! It’s like a hotel with conditions in a third world country with mosquitos and reused unwashed bedding! Contacted Premier Inn customer services first agent, Maria, was sympathetic and said will get back to me with a resolution but that was just all talk as five days later heard nothing back and spoke to a second agent, AYA, who said they had no access to my initial complaint. That’s funny, how can you reassure guests you are following up on complaints when the next agent can’t even find a log of it. She showed no sympathy and end the conversation by failing to reply to my request for compensation! Probably hid under the duvet smelling the disgusting sheets! Lol
