Braintree (Freeport Village) Hotel

Dieses Premier Inn ist ein umgewandeltes Holiday Inn, dadurch sind einige bekannte Züge von Premier Inn etwas verändert. Im Bad gibt es ein Eckwaschbecken und eine Dusche, beides ist abtrennbar von der Toilette, durch Verstellung der Tür. Jedoch die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist Premier Inn-Stil...sehr gute Matratze, großes Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Fernseher, Tee/Kaffee-Zubereitungsmöglichkeit, Fön, regelbare Klimaanlage! Sehr freundliches Personal ob an der Rezeption, Housekeeping oder im Frühstücksbereich. W-lan ist frei erhältlich mit normaler Geschwindigkeit, mit Aufpreis auch schneller für mehr Umfang. Die Gute-Nacht-Garantie ist unschlagbar! Großer Parkplatz. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein schönes voll ausgestattetes Gartencenter, am nächsten Kreisverkehr gibt es viele Fast-Food Möglichkeiten, ebenso ein weiteres Premier Inn, eine Tankstelle und ganz in der Nähe liegt das Freeport Outlet Center. Zwei Restaurants liegen ebenfalls fußläufig: Fowlers Farm (direkt am Hotel) und das Brewers Fayre Mulberry Tree am nächsten Kreisverkehr. Zentral gelegen: zum Flughafen Stansted (ca. 20-30 Minuten), Chelmsford liegt ca. 15 Minuten, Colchester ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.

Übersichtliches Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Guter Service, wie immer in Premier Inns Kleines aber sehr effektiv eingeteiltes Bad mit Dusche und WC - mit Möglichkeit der trennung durch eine Tür. Kein Aufzug! Nur einfache Verglasung der Fenster! Nachtschlaf wurde dadurch aber nicht gestört!

I stayed here for two nights in September while attending a friend’s wedding at the nearby Leez Priory, and I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. From the moment I checked in, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Charlotte (Charley), who was very approachable, friendly and extremely easy to get along with. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The only thing I felt was missing was a safe. Breakfast was excellent and very good value for money. I particularly appreciated that it was freshly prepared rather than being a buffet, which made it feel that much better. If I’m ever in Braintree again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here. A big thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay — I really enjoyed my time here

Our stay at the Premier Inn Braintree Freeport Village Hotel exceeded expectations mainly because of all the wonderful staff. My brother and I were visiting the area to attend a wedding but extended our stay as we grew up in Braintree as children and had not returned for some 40 years. The hotel provided all the Premier Inn facilities we (I in particular) are used to and value but the staff really made our stay, everyone seemed genuinely interested in giving us the best service and experience and whilst I have stayed at many Premier Inns over the years this proved to be the best in terms of its staff - and it made such a difference. Thank you to the team for making our return to Braintree so enjoyable and we will definitely stay with you again should we return in the future.

Excellent staff- warm , friendly and helpful.Room and all parts of building clean and attractively presented.Bed and room very comfortable. Traditional and continental breakfast excellent. Very good chef and staff work quickly and efficiently. Have just returned home after staying at the hotel for a two day visit. august 23 and 24. Have used the hotel on several occasions to explore the area and to meet up with friends and family. One thing that would improve the hotel in the long term would be the introduction of a lift between floors. Am confident we will stay there again.
