Basildon (Rayleigh) Hotel

Das Hotel ist sauber, sehr ruhig, hervorragend gelegen (alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen) und die Betten sind auch sehr gut. Mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. usw. usw. so, jetzt habe ich endlich die Zeichen voll!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I loved the customer service at Premier Inn from beginning to end. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good selection to choose from. There were plenty of parking spaces available too, which made everything much easier. Overall, we had a lovely stay and felt very well looked after. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a two night stay at this hotel whilst visiting family. There was plenty of parking available and the hotel looked clean and tidy. Check in was quick and efficient. There is no lift which might be a problem for some. We had the standard room which was very clean and had a comfortable bed with extra bedding if required. There was also a fan which was very much appreciated. The bathroom was small but had what we needed and the shower was good. We had no road noise and couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked or continental, everything was fresh and the cooked food hot. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming, Fay and Sophie on the desk couldn’t do enough to help, Fay was on at breakfast both mornings and chatted to us remembering us from the previous day, James the chef did a great job too. There is an option to book the premiere plus room which has extras for those wanting a fridge, aircon etc. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here a number of times before, as it is convenient when we visit the area. But this was our first experience of a Premier Plus room. I wasn't particularly looking for a Premier Plus room, but it was the only type on offer when I wanted to book. I have to say thought, that the obviously recently revamped room that we had was very nice. My only criticism is that I wish that the housekeeping staff would pay a bit more attention to dusting and actually move the bag of extra pillows off the shelf and get the dust off the back of the shelf.

Stopped here at short notice while travelling. We stay at Premier Inns all over the country so I can easily compare with others. From the very first welcome, this place is 5 star! Very clean, comfortable, refurbished room, slept like a baby. The staff are amazing, felt like I was staying with family! Nothing too much trouble, polite and so friendly. A special mention to David, Jo, Fay and Sophie who all deserve a bonus. Lovely people who are totally professional at their job. Breakfast was all freshly cooked and the best I have ever had at a Premier Inn. All round, just fabulous. Thank you all so much!!
