Beverley Town Centre Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights at Beverley Premier Inn and overall had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well throughout our visit. The staff we encountered were all friendly, helpful, and professional, which made for a pleasant experience. Our only issue with the hotel itself was that a light bulb in the bathroom was not working during our stay. We’re also not fans of the self-service check-in screens and would prefer the option of a more traditional check-in process, although we appreciate that this is now common across many hotels. While Premier Inn continues to provide a reliable and comfortable stay, we do feel that it is becoming more expensive and doesn’t offer quite the same value for money that it once did. One point for future guests to be aware of, although this is not Premier Inn’s responsibility, is the adjacent multi-storey car park. Unfortunately, our car windscreen suffered permanent damage due to concrete residue dripping from the overhead structure while parked there. It may be worth taking extra care when choosing where to park. Overall, we had a comfortable stay with excellent staff, but there were a few minor issues and some concerns regarding value for money.

Great location for our trip, room was very clean, had a great night's sleep and a good cooked breakfast the following morning. Parked in the multi storey car park next door which at £10 for 24 hours was reasonably priced.

A "quiet" nights sleep is no longer guaranteed as you have vents and air con rattling and whirring all night. Not the first time I've experienced this with premier inn

Chose premier inn as always I believe you know you will have a clean comfortable sleep We were on the 2nd floor , the minute we walked through the fire doors on to the corridor the stench was overwhelming, it was acidic and awful like milk gone stale , unfortunately it was in the room as well had to sleep with head under cover even the air con couldn’t dispel the stink, and the carpet and bathroom floor was not cleaned properly with dead fly or spider on the floor, the corridor was not vacuum either so dissatisfied The room looked like all the advertising and previous premier stays unfortunately the cleanliness was disappointing On a positive breakfast was really well cooked the area was clean 10:10 for that
