"Schönes Hotel in Weymouth"

"Premier Plus very good, Brewers Fayre not quite"
Excellent location, lots of parking, friendly staff, good value for the price (Premier Plus room). Would visit again.
Although the following refers to the adjacent Brewers Fayre, I’ve included it as this is where breakfast and day/evening meals are served – Although the evening meal and following morning’s breakfast were very good for the price, and all members of staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful, they are very understaffed. This showed in the time waiting for the dishes to arrive and from watching staff trying to perform multiple roles whilst customers were waiting to be served. This shows in many of the negative Google reviews that have recently been left.

"Hotel and restaurant review"
Rooms nice and tidy, staff very friendly. Bar/restaurant not very impressed, long queue for ordering food and drinks so went elsewhere, returned at 9pm and told bar is closed because staff were too tired.

"Don't stay here"
Sols as Weston-super-Mare Beachfront - it is not beachfront.
Arrived 2 pm afterv4 hour journey with family including 2 children. Told needed tonpay £15 to check-in before 3 pm. Having paid £169 per room per night we deemed this unacceptable and unwelcoming. The basins do not drain in any of the 3 rooms we were in. Bleach left in badin which we had to open plug with fingers. Poured boiling water down drains to try and unblock in each room. All toilets had horrible dark stains in which we were told is limescale. Most revolting to look at. One very thin pillow each. Duvets thin and not warm enough. Hand towels seem to be in short supply. When boiling kettle to make drink this caused the TV to come on and off at random. Staff knew about this problem and suggested we wait a while to use the TV after using kettle. We moved the desk along so that the kettle didn't steam up the TV working.
One room was booked as twin but the booking came as a double. The desk chair in one room was so out of shape you were leaning far back. Looked like someone very heavy had thumped back on it and bent it out of upright.
A very premier price and very poor accommodation and experience. Needless to say none of us will book PremiInn again - it has gone down in quality massively.

"Nice Location"
Never stay in premier plus room 96 if you want a quiet break as we were constantly disturbed by people above running down the corridor and it seemed like kids were using one of the beds above us as a trampoline. It also seemed that the fire escape next door was being used as a regular short cut.
We also had to compete with lots of work vans for a parking space which can be a common occurrence at a lot of premier inns.
The hotel is in a really good location and we thought tha5 we had paid over the odds to stay there but just wish we could stay somewhere where your experience was not spoiled by rowdy children and if Premier inn had to refund everyone that has had their nights sleep spoiled by others they won't make much money.
