Hotel in Exeter (M5 J29) Hotel

Ich war vier Wochen in diesem Hotel. Dass die Fenster nicht geöffnte werden konnte ist das einte dass das Zimmer aber immer schlechter in Ordnung gebracht wurde das andere. Sei es das Bad wie auch das Bett. Für einen längeren Aufenbthalt ist das Hotel nicht geeignet und für einen kurzen kann ich dies auch nicht empfehlen. Der fade beissende Geruch im Flur ist nicht angenehm. Die Room Zimmer Türen gegen den Flur sind so dünn, dass an der Seite der Türe sowie unen das Licht vom Korridor durch scheint. Das Pub welches direkt daneben zum Hotel gehört kann als inakzeptabel eingestuft werden. Nach dem mir das Essen mit dreckigem Besteck serviert wurde und die Serviette trotz dreimaligen Nachfragen nicht gebracht wurde habe ich es nicht mehr aufgesucht. Das WIFI kostet 10£/Woche bitte verwenden sie dieses nicht. In jedem Pub in der Stdt ist die Verbindung schneller und ist "for Free". Hotel war nicht in der Lage mir die Wäsche zu waschen geschweige dann zu organisieren. Das Hotel ist so ringhörig dass sämtliche Hotelmitbewohner gehört werden. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal aufsuchen.

Avoid if visiting as a family. Were put in a ground floor room. 11pm and constant thudding came from the floor above with a family dancing & playing football above. Reported it to reception, who promised to resolve it. The noise continued until 4am, waking our children up repeatedly. At one point I went upstairs and spoke to the family for a while, who laughed it off & confirmed that no staff had spoken to them about it. No staff ever came into our room to check, nor did they go upstairs to look into the matter whilst I was there. Next morning staff said they’d gone upstairs & repeatedly and heard nothing, leaving me to think they either lie or have the hearing of Nyle DiMarci. Naturally Premier Inn took their word for it to avoid paying for their “Guarentee” of good sleep.

Disappointing stay. First of all was checked in as the wrong person due to having the same surname. Then the room the pillows were not that clean and the bed is nothing like they advertise as a great nights sleep being hard. The evening meal was overcooked on the starter to the point it was like rock hard. The following morning breakfast was not that much better. Lack of items being replenished unless waiting. No vegi options that are listed in the menu at all. Eggs, bread and mushrooms is pretty much all you get. No vegi sausages or bacon as advertised. Serving staff and reception staff friendly but chef at breakfast looked like he really didnt want to be there. Wont stay agian.

All I could hear all morning was the manager bullying the housekeepers and shouting passive aggressive comments down the corridor at them. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to the poor staff.

Staff were pleasant. room were clean just not much to do around there without a car. Brewers Fayre next door with Dominoes, Costa Coffee & Subway; usual boring Chains. You can get a bus from the Park & Ride bus stop into the town centre; but they are always busy with people jabbering away in English/non English languages at the top of their voice or on speaker phone: it should be banned to do this on public transport.
