Buxton Hotel

Questo di Buxton è senz'ombra di dubbio uno dei Premier Inn più confortevoli in cui mio marito e io abbiamo mai soggiornato. Stanza (matrimoniale standard no. 106) molto ampia e, come sempre in questa catena, dalla pulizia impeccabile e dotata di un comodissimo letto. Anche qui il personale è di una gentilezza squisita e molto efficiente. La posizione è assai comoda, a un solo miglio dal cuore del suggestivo centro storico di Buxton, con un'altissima concentrazione di negozi e locali di ogni genere. Con il suo vasto parcheggio gratuito, è perfetto per chi, come noi, si sposta in auto.

Stayed here for two nights to explore Buxton. Hotel staff really helpful especially Chloe who explained the parking to me. I stayed in a premier plus room which was nice and clean. Food was good for Breakfast and evening meal, plenty of choice and again attentive staff. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Buxton premier inn, excellent friendly staff but unfortunately the night porter had to deal with a male who had been checked in by a local council. Male was a substance abuser who activated smoke detector at 2 and 4 am. Evidence seen in his room. He subsequently fled the hotel when it became apparent he was at risk from paying customers whom his behaviour had impacted. So Premier Inn management if this is your policy I feel paying customers should be notified as along with your staff, the person placed in the hotel, we were put unnecessarily at risk. It is not sufficient to say we do not know who this person is, I suggest you need to liaise with the councils that book rooms on a Friday, so that they can tick a box before their weekend off, leaving your staff and customers to manage the issue. If you do this knowingly then I may as well take my chances in a Travel Lodge. Further when calling to notify you of this incident, to be told this does not qualify for a refund, when I did not request one, you are slightly missing the point of my complaint.

Room - everything you would expect. Attention to detail in breakfast area -second to none. My friend is a coeliac and Chloe couldn’t have been more helpful with a smiley, no problem attitude. Everyone we engaged with was friendly and helpful. Well done Team Buxton PI.

We had a great stay. Staff were lovely, room spotlessly clean. Effective air con. Great breakfast. Certainly no complaints.
